A hybrid vehicle includes an engine, a motor, and a belt stepless speed changer device having a driving rotary body, a driven rotary body, a first shaft member supporting the driving rotary body with allowing rotation thereof in unison, a second shaft member supporting the driven rotary body with allowing rotation thereof in unison, and an endless belt wound around the driving rotary body and the driven rotary body. The vehicle further includes a transmission case configured to receive the powers from the engine and the motor via the belt stepless speed changer device and a centrifugal clutch incorporated in a power transmission line extending form the engine to the first shaft member. The motor is disposed on the side opposite the engine across the driving rotary body, and the driving power of the motor is inputted to the first shaft member.

Hybrid vehicle

A suspension system for a traveling vehicle body is disclosed. The system includes a suspension reference position varying mechanism () for varying a reference position of a suspension stroke of the suspension mechanism (), and a controller () configured to calculate an intermediate value from a maximal value corresponding to the maximal position of the suspension stroke and a minimal value corresponding to the minimal position of the suspension stroke, and to control the suspension reference position varying mechanism such that, when the calculated intermediate values deviates from a set target range, the intermediate value is displaced toward the target range. The controller () increases a control execution frequency for the suspension reference position varying mechanism () when the traveling speed of the vehicle body is low, and reduces the control execution frequency for the suspension reference position varying mechanism () when the traveling speed of the vehicle body is high.

Suspension system

Disclosed is a hybrid work vehicle capable of smooth work travel using a work device with a low output internal combustion engine, while avoiding battery exhaustion. The vehicle includes an internal combustion engine that supplies drive power to a travel device and a work device via power transmission means, a motor generator that is driven by a battery, a load information generation part that generates load information representing a sudden increase in rotational load, an assist characteristic determination part that determines motor assist characteristics defining an assist amount and an assist time period of assist control based on load information, and a motor control unit that controls the motor generator based on the motor assist characteristics.

A hybrid work vehicle is provided with an internal combustion engine for supplying driving force to a running device and a work implement via a transmission shaft, a motor generator for assisting the internal combustion engine by outputting power to the transmission shaft, and a battery for receiving charging electricity from the motor generator and giving driving electricity to the motor generator. A load information generation unit generates load information indicating a rotational load received by the internal combustion engine when in a constant-speed control mode for maintaining a constant number of revolutions of the internal combustion engine, based on an input parameter, and an assistance calculation unit calculates an amount of assistance for internal combustion engine by the motor generator, based on the load information when in the constant-speed control mode.

Hybrid work vehicle

The hydraulic suspension system comprises a suspension mechanism for a traveling vehicle body, a suspension reference position variation mechanism for varying a reference position of a suspension stroke of the suspension mechanism, and a stopped state detector for detecting a state in which operation of the suspension mechanism has stopped. The control management unit controls the suspension reference position variation mechanism so that when operation of the suspension mechanism is detected by the stopped state detector to be in a stopped state, the operation of the suspension mechanism moves toward a target range, in preference to control based on a suspension stroke position obtained from a suspension stroke position sensor.

A developing device comprises a first and a second developer conveyance path. A first conveyance member is provided in the first developer conveyance path in a freely rotatable manner and has a helical blade. A developing roller supplies the developer in the first developer conveyance path to a photoconductor drum. A developer collection path guides two-component developer left on a surface of the developing roller from the first developer conveyance path. A developer surface adjustment window comprises a predetermined level for allowing excess developer exceeding the level of the window to be guided from the first developer conveyance path to the developer collection path.

Developing device and image forming apparatus

A developing device comprises a first and a second developer conveyance path; a first conveyance member; a second conveyance member; and, a developing roller. A developer collection path guides the developer left on a surface of the developing roller in a direction away from the first developer conveyance path. A first developer conveying section that conveys the developer in the developer tank in a first conveying direction X is disposed in the first conveying path. A second developer conveying section that conveys the developer in the developer tank in a second conveying direction Y is disposed in the second conveying path. The first developer conveying section includes a first spiral blade, and a rotation tube.

A developing device includes a developer tank and a developing roller. An internal space of the developer tank is divided into an upper conveying path, a lower conveying path, a communication path, a main pumping conveying path section, and a developer supply path, by a partition wall. A developer pumping conveying section conveys a developer inside the main pumping conveying path section in a conveyance direction Z, and includes an inner spiral blade, a rotational tube, a first outer spiral blade, a second outer spiral blade, a pumping rotation shaft member, and a pumping gear. An attracting magnet is located in a position horizontally spaced from the rotational tube.
