A puncture apparatus is disclosed, which can include a first puncture needle having a first needle tip and configured to puncture a living body tissue, a shaft interlocked to the first puncture needle, a second puncture needle having a second needle tip and configured to puncture a living body tissue, the second needle tip being oriented in a direction different from a direction in which the first needle tip is oriented, the second puncture needle being disposed so as to be movable relative to the first puncture needle in a proximal direction of the first puncture needle, and a moving section moving the second puncture needle relative to the first puncture needle in the proximal direction of the first puncture needle.

A medical tube is disclosed, which includes a tubular main body curved in a circular arc shape. The main body has a flat shape as a cross-sectional shape at a central portion in the longitudinal direction thereof. The main body has a flat shape including a minor axis and a major axis as a cross-sectional shape at the central portion in the longitudinal direction thereof. The angle formed between the minor axis and a plane containing both a center point of the circular arc in the central portion and a center point of the cross-sectional shape with respect to the longitudinal direction of the main body is an acute angle. A puncture device is disclosed, which can include a puncture needle curved in an arc, turnably supported around an axis (J) as a turning center, and having a needle tip which punctures a living body when the puncture needle is turned; a urethral insertion member having a urethral insertion portion of a linear shape which is inserted into the urethra; and a frame capable of connecting the puncture needle and the urethral insertion member to each other, the frame turnably supporting the puncture needle. The puncture device includes a puncture needle for puncturing a biological tissue, a shaft portion and a connection portion for connecting the puncture needle and the shaft portion to each other, and an implant assembly positioned at a distal end of the puncture needle and having a needle tip portion for puncturing a biological tissue and a biological tissue supporting implant. The puncture needle has a form of a pipe and has a tubular portion. The biological tissue supporting implant is accommodated in the hollow portion.

Puncture device and puncture apparatus

A puncture device and method are disclosed, the puncture device includes a puncture member having a puncture needle for puncturing a biological tissue, a shaft portion, and a connection portion for connecting the puncture needle and the shaft portion to each other. The puncture needle includes a needle main body for puncturing the biological tissue, and an extension needle provided for movement relative to the needle main body along a longitudinal direction of the needle main body and configured to puncture the biological tissue. The puncture device includes, as extension means for moving the extension needle in a direction toward the distal end of the needle main body with respect to the needle main body to extend the puncture needle, and/or a pusher for pushing the extension needle to move in the direction toward the distal end of the needle main body.

A tissue separation device includes: a sheath; a tube having a deformation part; a restriction member; and an inner structure. The tissue separation device is used in an assembled state where the tube is movably inserted in the sheath, the restriction member is inserted in the tube, and the inner structure is movably inserted in the restriction member. The inner structure includes: wires and which are expandable and contractible; an operation unit which operates expansion of the wires; a tubular body; and a traction shaft. The wires are expanded by being curved so as to protrude in opposite directions. When dissecting a biological tissue, the wires in an expanded state are moved within the tube in relation to the tube, without moving the tube relative to the living body.

Tissue separation device

An expansion instrument includes an elongated vaginal-insertion member insertable into the vaginal lumen which is adjacent the urethral lumen with biological tissue interposed between the two, an elongated urethral-insertion member insertable into the urethral lumen, an interlock device interlocking the vaginal-insertion member and the urethral-insertion member to allow the insertion members to be brought closer together and brought farther apart, and a vaginal-side restriction that restricts the positional relationship, with respect to the biological tissue, of the vaginal-insertion member after being inserted into the vaginal lumen. The vaginal-side restriction is on the vaginal-insertion member and has a configuration such that in a state where the vaginal-insertion member is in the vaginal lumen, the urethral-insertion member is in the urethral lumen, and the positional relationship has been restricted by the vaginal-side restriction, moving the vaginal-insertion member farther away from the urethral-insertion member widens the biological tissue in the moving away direction.

Expansion instrument

A puncture apparatus is disclosed, which includes a freely rotatable puncture member possessing a distal end portion and a proximal end portion, the puncture member including a bent region at which the puncture member is bent, the distal end portion of the puncture member including a puncture needle for puncturing living body tissue as the puncture member is rotated about a rotation center to rotate a needle tip of the puncture needle toward the living body tissue to puncture the living body tissue; and an elongated urethral-insertion member configured to be inserted into a urethra so that a near-side of the urethral-insertion member is the side of the urethral-insertion member located closer to the rotation center, and the far-side of the urethral-insertion member is the side of the urethral-insertion member located farther from the rotation center.

Medical device and using method thereof

A puncture apparatus includes a puncture needle for puncturing living body tissue, an axial portion, a puncture member including an interlock portion interlocking the puncture needle and the axial portion, an elongated urethral-insertion member insertable into the urethra, an elongated vaginal-insertion member insertable into the vagina; and a supporting member supporting the puncture member, the urethral-insertion member and the vaginal-insertion member. The thermal treatment apparatus is equipped with a laser generator for supplying laser beams, a laser irradiation unit for applying the supplied laser beams to tissues, and a control unit for totally controlling various parts of the system. The laser irradiation unit is equipped with a movable laser emission part for emitting laser beams to tissues, a motor for reciprocating a laser emission part, and a guide lumen for supporting an endoscope in such a way as to enable it to move in the direction of the laser emission part. The control unit controls the motor that drives the laser emission part to make reciprocation motion in such a way that the laser emission part stops at a position where it does not interfere with the moving passage of the endoscope.
