The object of the present invention is to provide a touch panel member that is excellent in terms of suppression of visibility of a transparent electrode and has low total reflection for visible light, and a touch panel and a touch panel display device having the touch panel member. The touch panel member of the present invention comprises, in order, at least a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode, and a protective layer provided so as to cover the transparent electrode and having a thickness of 0.04 to 10 &#x3bc;m, at least part of the protective layer having a refractive index that decreases continuously from the transparent substrate side toward the side opposite to the transparent substrate, and the protective layer satisfying specific expressions.

It is an object of the present invention to provide a photosensitive composition capable of producing a cured product having an excellent adhesion and excellent corrosion prevention performance on a metal wiring, a method of manufacturing a cured product using the photosensitive composition, a cured film obtained by curing the photosensitive composition, as well as a display device and a touch panel including the cured film. A photosensitive composition comprises a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds; a photopolymerization initiator; silica particles; at least one heterocyclic compound selected from the group consisting of a triazole compound, a tetrazole compound, a thiadiazole compound, a triazine compound, a rhodanine compound, a benzothiazole compound and a benzimidazole compound; a maleimide compound; and a solvent; wherein an organic solid content per 1 mol of ethylenically unsaturated bonds in the photosensitive composition is 250 g/mol or less.

A photosensitive composition, a method for producing a cured film using the photosensitive composition, a cured film prepared by curing the photosensitive composition, and a touch panel and a display device that use the cured film are provided. The photosensitive composition contains: a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups; a photopolymerization initiator; a polymer A1 containing a constitutional unit a1 represented by the following Formula 1 and a constitutional unit a2 having a carboxylic acid anhydride structure; particles; and a solvent. A molar content ratio of the constitutional unit a1 to the constitutional unit a2 in the polymer A1 is in a range of a1:a2=3:1 to 6:1. An acid anhydride value of the polymer A1 is from 1.30 to 3.00 mmol/g. A number average primary particle size of the particles is from 10 to 200 nm.
