The present invention relates to the field of fluid heat transfer, and discloses a heat transfer enhancement pipe as well as a cracking furnace and an atmospheric and vacuum heating furnace including the same. The heat transfer enhancement pipe () includes a pipe body () of tubular shape having an inlet () for entering of a fluid and an outlet () for said fluid to flow out; internal wall of the pipe body () is provided with a fin () protruding towards interior of the pipe body (), wherein the fin () has one or more fin sections extending spirally in the axial direction of the pipe body (), and each fin section has a first end surface facing the inlet () and a second end surface facing the outlet (), at least one of the first end surface and the second end surface of at least one of the rib sections is formed as a transition surface along spirally extending direction. The heat transfer enhancement pipe can reduce thermal stress of itself, thereby increasing service life of the heat transfer enhancement pipe.

Heat transfer enhancement pipe as well as cracking furnace and atmospheric and vacuum heating furnace including the same

The heat transfer enhancement pipe () includes a pipe body () of tubular shape having an inlet () for entering of a fluid and an outlet () for said fluid to flow out; internal wall of the pipe body () is provided with a fin () protruding towards interior of the pipe body (), the fin () spirally extends in an axial direction of the pipe body (), wherein a height of the fin () gradually increases from one end in at least a part extension of the fin. The heat transfer enhancement pipe can reduce thermal stress of itself, thereby increasing service life of the heat transfer enhancement pipe.

An online multiphase measuring method of concentration and diameter distribution of dispersed phase particles in a multiphase reactor is provided in the present invention. The method is based on an online multiphase measuring instrument. The method described herein includes the following steps: (1) the online multiphase measuring instrument is placed in a multiphase system, and an image of the particles in the multiphase system is obtained; (2) valid particles are determined as: the particle that its Grad(&#x3a6;) is greater than or equal to Grad(&#x3a6;) is labeled as a valid one; (3) the particle diameter is calculated by d=10&#xd7;n/N; according to the equation the concentration of the valid particles is calculated. The concentration and diameter of bubbles, droplets or solid particles can be obtained in real time and online measurement. The accuracy of this method is high.

Online measuring method of concentration and diameter of particles in multiphase system

Provided are an immersion-type online multiphase measuring instrument and method. The instrument includes a package tube; a viewport; LED lamps and a brightness-adjustable light source system including a power supply, a signal generator and an oscilloscope; a telecentric lens and an image sensor; a controller; a signal processing and outputting system; and a display system. The LED lamps, the telecentric lens and the image sensor are located in the package tube. The exposure period of the image sensor is less than the pulse period of the signal generator. The photographic probe used in this measuring instrument has the advantages of online quantitative measurement, small size, portability, less-impact of fluid temperature and the surrounding environment, adaptability to transparent and opaque reactors with two-phase, three-phase and more than three-phase.

Immersion-type online multiphase measuring instrument and method

Provided is a fusion protein comprising circularly permuted form of TRAIL, and the fusion protein contains circularly permuted form of TRAIL and oligopeptides located at the N-terminus and/or C-terminus of the permuted form. The oligopeptides contain a repeating sequence consisting of 3-10 histidines. The components of the circularly permuted form of TRAIL from N-terminus to C-terminus are: (a) amino acids 135-281 of TRAIL, (b) a linker, and (c) amino acids 121-135 of TRAIL or amino acids 114-135 of TRAIL or amino acids 95-135 of TRAIL or any fragments of amino acids 95-135 of TRAIL containing amino acids 121-135 of TRAIL. Also provided is a method for treating cancer by using the fusion protein.
