LED light sources utilized in a street lamp include a base seat, a lamp shade mounted on the base seat, and a top housing coupled with the base seat. The base seat includes a plurality of first heat dissipation columns integrated with the base seat. The lamp shade includes a plurality of the LED light sources. The top housing includes a plurality of second heat dissipation columns integrated with the top housing. The base seat, the first heat dissipation columns, the top housing, and the second heat dissipation columns are made of a polyamide resin containing a graphite powder.

LED street lamp

A projection lamp utilizing light emitting diodes (LEDs) includes a housing, a lamp board positioned on the housing, an upper covering the lamp board, and a lens positioned above the upper cover. The lamp board includes a plurality of LEDs. A majority portion of the housing and the upper cover is composed of thermally conductive materials. The housing includes a plurality of latch holes, the upper cover includes a plurality of latching chambers corresponding to the latch holes, and the lens includes a plurality of latching members extending through the latching chambers to engage the housing latch holes.

Light emitting diode projection lamp

An LED street light includes a bottom cover, a top cover connected with the bottom cover, a lamp board, and a plurality of lenses mounted on the top cover. The lamp board comprises a plurality of LEDs. A substantial portion of the top cover and bottom cover is composed of thermally conductive material. The bottom cover comprises a plurality of outwardly extending extensions aiding in heat dissipation. The top cover includes a plurality of recesses receiving the LEDs, and each recess includes a plurality of side walls and a bottom surface providing a large heat-dissipating area. One or more of the recesses includes at least one opening between two adjacent side walls.

LED street light

A positioning control ejection mechanism includes an ejection motor, an ejection rod, a position confirm switch, and an upper limit switch. The ejection rod is slidably driven with the ejection motor. The position confirm switch is assembled to the ejection motor and is positioned along an ejection direction of the ejection rod. The position confirm switch is configured for sensing when the ejection rod is aligned with a pre-ejection product. The upper limit switch is assembled to the ejection motor and is positioned along an ejection direction of the ejection rod away from the ejection motor end, preventing the ejection rod from being over ejected.

An aluminum-plastic composite structure includes an aluminum portion and a plastic portion. The aluminum portion defines a plurality of micro grooves by ultraviolet lithography. The plastic portion is integrally formed on the aluminum portion and substantially filling in the micro grooves. A width of each micro groove is in a range from 0.02 millimeters to 0.05 millimeters. A depth of each micro groove is in a range from 0.2 millimeters to 0.25 millimeters.
