A pixel electrode, an array substrate, and a display device are disclosed. The pixel electrode includes electrode regions and at least one hollow region distributed between the electrode regions. The hollow region includes a main body part and two ending parts located at two ends of the main body part, at least one ending part is an inflated portion having a width, and a width of the main body part is smaller than the width of the inflated portion. By using the present disclosure, the transparence is improved and the contrast and the power consumption are improved accordingly.

Pixel electrode, array substrate and device

An array panel includes at least: a first via-hole disposed on a surface of the interlayer insulating layer; a second via-hole disposed on a surface of the planarization layer; a third via-hole disposed on a surface of the passivation layer; a pixel electrode layer; a light-shielding layer; wherein the third via-hole partially overlaps the first via-hole or an interconnect formed by connecting both ends of the active layer on the first via-hole is parallel to an arrangement direction of the gate signal wire.

Array panel

A non-rectangular display panel and a liquid crystal display device are provided. The liquid crystal display device includes the non-rectangular display panel, and the non-rectangular display panel includes a plurality of pixels having a first pixel formed with a first pixel electrode and a second pixel formed with a second pixel electrode; an effective display area within which the first pixel is distributed; and an effective display area boundary which is located outside the effective display area and is non-rectangular. The second pixel is distributed on the effective display area boundary; and a width of the first pixel electrode is less than a width of the second pixel electrode.
