Mold apparatus including mold sensor cooling structure

An injection molding apparatus including a mold, an injection device and at least one sensor is provided. The mold has a mold cavity. The injection device is adapted to inject a material into the mold cavity such that the material is formed into a forming article. The at least one sensor is disposed on the mold and adapted to sense at least one of a temperature and a pressure in the mold cavity. The at least one sensor is located at an inner surface of the mold cavity and corresponds to a non-appearance surface of the forming article. In addition, an injection molding method is also provided.

Injection molding apparatus and injection molding method

A control system and a control method of manufacturing injection molding products are provided. The control system includes an injection molding machine, an information input interface, a computing server and a data conversion device. At first, product information is inputted through the information input interface. The product information is transmitted to the computing server, and then the computing server determines injection molding parameters according to the product information. The injection molding parameters are transmitted to the information input interface. After data conversion through the data conversion device, the injection molding machine is controlled to manufacture the injection molding products according to the converted injection molding parameters.

The present invention discloses a system for testing microfluid which is made with a disposable disc. The high sensitivity, high sensing accuracy, and quick response microfluidic disc is demonstrated in the present invention. It is note that easy to test microfluid without traditional detecting method, and then reduce energy and simplify procedure. A counterpressure/temperature control apparatus, comprises: a mold, having a runner and an air passage, both coupled to a mold cavity inside the mold; a logic control valve, coupled to the air passage for controlling a high-temperature gas or/and a counterpressure gas to flow in and out the mold cavity; a counterpressure gas supplying device, for supplying the counterpressure gas to the mold cavity through the logic control valve; and a high-temperature gas supplying device, for supplying the high-temperature gas to the mold cavity through the logic control valve; wherein the mold cavity is heated by the high-temperature gas, while subjecting the same to a counterpressure provided from the counterpressure gas supplying device during an injection molding process, and thereby, not only the surface quality of a product resulting from the injection molding process can be improved, but also the size of foams and the distribution evenness thereof are enhanced.

Apparatus for controlling counterpressure and temperature in mold cavity

A mold heating/cooling structure for a mold configured with a die base and an insert, comprising: a heat insulating layer, disposed surrounding a die impression of the die base for insulating the heat conduction between the die base and the insert; a magnetic powder layer, disposed against the heat insulating layer; a coil, being disposed on the magnetic powder layer in a manner that it is circling from the outside in toward the center of the magnetic powder layer; and a cooling plate, configured with a plurality of second fluid channels provided fro a fluid to flow therein. With the aforesaid structure, the insert can be heated directly by the coil the it is subject to a high-frequency current, and the heated coil as well as the insert can be cool down with high efficiency as soon as the fluid is fed into the second fluid channels.

Mold heating/cooling structure

A polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) fiber includes a filament obtained by partially slitting an oriented PTFE film in a lengthwise direction of the film. Emboss processing is conducted linearly along the lengthwise direction of the film and like a zigzag shape or a convexo-concave shape in a width direction of the film, followed by slitting, whereby the filament includes a network structure in which single fibrils that are opened partially are arranged regularly. A PTFE short fiber is obtained by cutting the above filament and includes a branch structure. Thereby, a PTFE fiber with a small average fineness of single fibrils, a uniform fineness and a single-peak distribution with the peak at a center of fineness and with a high production yield and uniform and stable branch structure can be provided and a method for manufacturing the PTFE fiber can be provided.

Polytetrafluoroethylene fiber and method for manufacturing the same

A gas-assisted mold surface heating system is disclosed, which comprise: an air supply, for providing air with a flow rate larger than 300 L/min; a heater, for heating air to a temperature higher than 400&#xb0; C.; a mold, configured with a mold cavity, an inlet and an outlet; and an air storage tank; wherein, the inlet is connected to the heater through a pipeline for allowing the air from the air supply to flow into the cavity after being heated by the heater and thus to be for heating up the surface of the mold cavity while the heated air is being enabled to flow out of the cavity through the outlet and into the air storage tank. With the aforesaid system, surface temperature of the mold cavity can be raised to a point higher than a glass transmission point in a short period of time.

Gas-assisted mold surface heating system

The present invention relates to a coaxial cooling/heating coil structure and a mold configured with the same, in which the coaxial cooling/heating coil is comprised of: a frame, configured with a cooling channel having an inlet, provided for a cooling water to flow therein, and an outlet, provided for discharging the cooling water therefrom; and a heat-conducting coil, disposed inside the cooling channel. The coaxial cooling/heating structure is fitted to a mold to be used for enhancing the preheating efficiency of the mold while improving the time required for cooling the mold.

Mold having a coaxial cooling and heating coil structure

A PTFE fiber with a low density and having a network structure that allows effective performances to be given to its finished articles and a method for manufacturing the PTFE fiber are provided. The PTFE fiber is a filament obtained by giving a heat treatment to a biaxially stretched polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) film, followed by slitting partially in a lengthwise direction of the film. The filament includes a network structured fiber in which single fibers are opened partially in the width direction, and the filament is an aggregate of the single fibers. This fiber is manufactured as the filament by feeding a biaxially stretched PTFE film to a revolving pin roll with needles implanted thereon, the needles being arranged so that a plurality of rows run obliquely along a circumferential direction at substantially regular intervals, and slitting the film partially in a lengthwise direction. This PTFE filament may be cut into short fibers with a cutter. The short fibers include a branch structure.

To provide a method of producing a uniaxially stretched polytetrafluoroethylene gasket tape, which comprises: (1) a step for preparing a paste comprising a mixture of a polytetrafluoroethylene powder obtained by emulsion polymerization and an extrusion aid, (2) a step for extruding the paste by means of an extruder equipped with a die which has plural separators inside an orifice thereof having a rectangular cross section, (3) a step for rolling, in the extruding direction, an extrudate having slit lines to give a rolled polytetrafluoroethylene sheet, (4) a step for uniaxially stretching the rolled sheet in the rolling direction after removing the extrusion aid from the rolled sheet, and (5) a step for heat-treating the obtained uniaxially stretched polytetrafluoroethylene sheet. The die of the extruder has plural sheet-like separators in the orifice thereof having a rectangular cross section. The separators are mounted so that free ends thereof are located at a point exceeding a center point of a long side of the orifice, and function to provide slit lines inside the extrudate in parallel with the long side of the orifice. The high performance inexpensive PTFE gasket tape is produced by the uniaxially stretching method and has properties equal to those of biaxially stretched PTFE gasket tape.
