A heat dissipating module includes a casing including a bottom plate and a water inlet; a cover plate disposed on one side of the casing opposite to the bottom plate; a pressurizing device moving back and forth in the casing and having a maximum stroke; a water pump disposed between the bottom plate and the pressurizing device, where liquid fills a space between the water pump and the pressurizing device to define a water tank; and a stop valve disposed in the water tank and located between the pressurizing device and the water pump. According to a direction from the bottom plate to the cover plate, the height of the water inlet is lower than the stop valve. The heat dissipating module has a small volume and is configured to flip at multiple angles. A projection device including the heat dissipating module and having structural reliability is also provided.

Heat dissipating module and projection device

A heat dissipation module, configured for heat dissipation of at least one first heat source and at least one second heat source, and including a first heat sink, a second heat sink, a first pipe, and a second pipe, is provided. The first heat sink and the first heat source are connected to each other through the first pipe to form a first loop, so that a liquid medium flows through the first heat sink for heat exchange and then flows to the first heat source for circulating heat dissipation. The second heat sink and the second heat source are connected to each other through the second pipe to form a second loop, so that the liquid medium flows through the second heat sink for heat exchange and then flows to the second heat source for circulating heat dissipation. A projection device, including the heat dissipation module, is also provided.

Heat dissipation module and projection device

A heat dissipation module, including a fan and a heat dissipation fin set, is provided. The fan has an air outlet side and an air inlet side opposite to each other. The heat dissipation fin set is configured at the air outlet side and includes a base, first heat dissipation fins, and second heat dissipation fins. The base is divided into a first area and a second area along a direction of a rotation axis of the fan. The first area is located between the air outlet side and the second area. The first heat dissipation fins are connected to the base and located in the first area, and arranged at equal intervals in a configuration direction perpendicular to the direction of the rotation axis. The second heat dissipation fins are connected to the base and located in the second area, and arranged at equal intervals in the configuration direction.

A projection device includes a light source module, an optical engine module, a projection lens, a housing, and at least one first heat dissipating element. The housing comprises a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The at least one first heat dissipating element is disposed in the housing, and each of the at least one first heat dissipating element includes a first plate portion, a second plate portion, and a first fin portion. The first plate portion is connected to the light source module. The second plate portion is connected to the first plate portion. The first fin portion is connected to the second plate portion and includes a plurality of first fins arranged at intervals. These first fins are arranged between the first end and the second end.

Projection device

A wavelength conversion module includes a driving element, a wavelength conversion wheel, and at least one flow guide. The wavelength conversion wheel includes a rotary disc and at least one wavelength conversion layer. The driving element is connected to the rotary disc to drive the wavelength conversion wheel to rotate along an axis of the driving element as a central axis. The flow guide is disposed beside the wavelength conversion wheel at intervals along the axis, and at least one airflow channel is formed between the flow guide and the wavelength conversion wheel. The flow guide and the driving element are disposed at intervals, and the flow guide does not contact the rotary disc and the driving element. An orthographic projection of the flow guide on the rotary disc overlaps the wavelength conversion layer. When the wavelength conversion wheel rotates, the wavelength conversion wheel and the flow guide move relatively.

Wavelength conversion module and projection apparatus

A wavelength conversion module includes a wavelength conversion wheel, a driving assembly, thermal conductive adhesive structures, and a deflector. The wavelength conversion wheel includes a rotatable disc and a wavelength conversion layer. The driving assembly is connected to the rotatable disc, and the wavelength conversion layer and the thermal conductive adhesive structures are respectively located on two opposite sides of the rotatable disc. The deflector is connected to the wavelength conversion wheel along the axis through the thermal conductive adhesive structures. Heat dissipation channels are formed among the deflector, the rotatable disc and the thermal conductive adhesive structures. An air inlet is defined by each of the heat dissipation channels and the deflector near the axis, and an air outlet is defined between each of the heat dissipation channels and a periphery of the deflector. An area of the air inlet is larger than an area of the air outlet.

Wavelength conversion module and projector

An illumination system, including a housing, a first light source, a second light source, a polarization beam splitting element, and a heat dissipation module, is provided. The first light source and the second light source are disposed in the housing and are respectively configured to provide a first beam to the polarization beam splitting element along a first optical axis and a second beam to the polarization beam splitting element along a second optical axis. A portion of an inner surface of the housing has a light absorption region. The light absorption region is configured to absorb the first beam that is not reflected by the polarization beam splitting element and the second beam that does not penetrate the polarization beam splitting element, so as to convert them into heat. The heat generated by the light absorption region is dissipated by the heat dissipation module.

Illumination system and projection device

A heat dissipation module includes a base, a cover and a plurality of heat dissipation fins. The cover is disposed on the base and forms an accommodation space with the base. The plurality of heat dissipation fins is disposed in the accommodation space. The cover includes a top, at least one side wall, a first opening and a second opening. The first opening and the second opening are disposed on the top or the at least one side wall. The at least one side wall surrounds the top and is connected to the base. The distances between the plurality of heat dissipation fins and one of the at least one side wall in a first direction are different. A projection apparatus is also provided, which includes a light source module, a light valve, the aforementioned heat dissipation module and a projection lens.

Heat dissipation module and projection apparatus using the same

A wavelength conversion element, including a turntable, is provided. The turntable is configured to rotate along a central axis. The turntable has a first surface and a plurality of first turbulence portions and a plurality of second turbulence portions located on the first surface, wherein the first turbulence portions and the second turbulence portions are arranged by surrounding the central axis, a shape of each of the first turbulence portions is different from a shape of each of the second turbulence portions, and at least one of the second turbulence portions is arranged between two adjacent first turbulence portions of the first turbulence portions. A projector, including the wavelength conversion element, is further provided. The wavelength conversion element and the projector effectively improve the heat dissipation effect.

Wavelength conversion element and projector

A thermal module and a projector using the same are provided. The thermal module comprises a heat sink and a base. The heat sink comprises a bottom, a plurality of fins, a cover, and a plurality of side walls. The fins are disposed on the bottom, and each of the fins comprises a reference plane and a plurality of protrusions, wherein adjacent two of the protrusions are convex toward opposite directions with respect to the reference plane, and rows of through holes are formed by adjacent two protrusions along a flowing direction. The cover is disposed on the fins. The side walls are disposed between the bottom and the cover and surrounding the fins, wherein a liquid is capable of flowing through the heat sink by entering the inlet and exiting by the outlet of the side walls or the cover. The bottom of the heat sink is disposed on the base.

Thermal module and projector

A heat dissipation module includes a housing, at least one inlet, at least one outlet and at least one heat dissipation set. The housing includes a partition dividing the housing, such that a first accommodation space and a second accommodation space are formed inside the housing. At least one opening is disposed in the partition, penetrates through the partition and communicates the first accommodation space with the second accommodation space. The inlet is connected to the housing and communicates with the first accommodation space. The outlet is connected to the housing and communicates with the second accommodation space. The heat dissipation set is located in the second accommodation space. A projection apparatus is also provided. The heat dissipation module and the projection apparatus may effectively exhaust the heat accumulated on the at least one heat dissipation set, which facilitates reducing a temperature of a heat source with high heat-density.

Heat dissipation module and projection apparatus

A liquid cooled heat dissipation device including a housing, at least two cooling fin modules, an input pipe, and an output pipe is provided. The housing has an accommodation space. The at least two cooling fin modules are disposed in the accommodation space. The input pipe is disposed on the top plate, the front plate, the rear plate, or one of the side plates of the housing and communicates with the accommodation space. The output pipe is disposed on the top plate, the front plate, the rear plate, or the other one of the side plates of the housing and communicates with the accommodation space. The at least two cooling fin modules have different arrangement densities and different fin thicknesses.

Liquid cooled heat dissipation device

A projection device includes: a light source module for generating an illumination beam; an optical engine module disposed on a transmission path of the illumination beam for forming an image beam; a projection lens disposed on a transmission path of the image beam for projecting the image beam to an outside of the projection device; and a housing having opposite bottom and top portions, and a side wall connected between and surrounding the portions and having an air inflow region adjacent to the bottom portion and an air exhaust region adjacent to the top portion. The light source module, the optical engine module and the projection lens are disposed in the housing adjacent to the top portion, wherein the image beam is projected to the outside toward the bottom portion. The projection device of the invention can effectively dissipate heat.

The invention provides a liquid-cooling device, including a shell, wherein the shell includes a top plate, a bottom plate, a front plate, a rear plate and two opposite side plates, and form an accommodating space. At least one water inlet pipe is disposed on the top plate of the shell and communicates with the accommodating space. At least one water outlet pipe is disposed on the front plate of the shell and communicates with the accommodating space. A plurality of heat-dissipating fins is disposed in the accommodating space. A partition plate is disposed in the accommodating space. The partition plate forms at least two flow passages in the accommodating space.
