A resin composition is provided. The resin composition includes a polyimide resin; a hydrocarbon resin or a fluorinated polymer resin; and a silica that is modified by a surface modifier. The content of the hydrocarbon resin is in a range from 1 to 13 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyimide resin. The content of the fluorinated polymer resin is in a range from 1 to 60 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyimide resin. The content of the silica is in a range from 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyimide resin.

Resin composition

A primer composition and a copper foil substrate using the same are provided. The primer composition includes a mixture of a hydrocarbon resin and a compound having three or more carbon-carbon double bonds, wherein a molar ratio of the hydrocarbon resin to the compound having three or more carbon-carbon double bonds is 1:0.2 to 1:10.

A composite laminate includes a metal foil layer, a silane layer, a strengthening adhesive layer, and a hydrocarbon resin layer. The silane layer is disposed between the metal foil layer and the hydrocarbon resin layer. The strengthening adhesive layer is disposed between the silane layer and the hydrocarbon resin layer.

A substrate composition and a substrate prepared from the substrate composition are provided. The substrate composition includes 25-80 parts by weight of a polymer, 20-75 parts by weight of an inorganic filler, and 0.015-0.7 parts by weight of a compound. The total weight of the polymer and the inorganic filler are 100 parts by weight. The polymer is selected from a group consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and perfluoroalkoxy alkane (PFA). The compound has at least three terminal vinyl groups.

Substrate composition and substrate prepared therefrom

Disclosed is a light-emitting device, including an LED light source and a light diffusion element. The light diffusion element, covering at least a part of the LED light source, is composed of a first polymer, a second polymer, or a blend of them. The first polymer has a larger crystal diameter than that of the second polymer. The first polymer is made of polypropylene or ethylene-propylene copolymer. The second polymer is made of polyethylene, polypropylene, or ethylene-propylene copolymer. A blend of certain ratios of the first and second polymer gives rise of an excellent material that has improved light diffusion. This material can be widely adopted to current light fixtures for its evenly distributed lighting and great brightness.

In the manufacturing method of fluoro based polymer composite boards of the invention, which provides a fast process and high efficiency, a suitable amount of water soluble organic solvent is added to a fluoro based polymer suspension during the process of mixing ceramic powder and/or glass fiber to the fluoro based polymer suspension in order to improve the coagulation of the fluoro based polymer and ceramic powder, and to reduce the gelling time. During the process of mixing ceramic powder and/or glass fiber, the fluoro based polymer suspension and the organic solvent, a suitable amount of water can be added to control the ratio between the water and the organic solvent obtained from the mixture. The gelling time of the mixture can thus be reduced. By controlling the ratio between the water and the organic solvent obtained from the mixture, there is still enough time to allow homogeneous mixing after the gelling speed is increased.
