A white organic electroluminescent element for an organic electroluminescent display and a display using the white organic electroluminescent are provided. The organic electroluminescent display comprises a white organic electroluminescent element and a color filter. The white organic electroluminescent element comprises an anode, a cathode, a capping layer, and an organic layer. The capping layer is disposed on the cathode. The organic layer is disposed between the anode and the cathode, and comprises a blue light emitting layer. The thickness of the organic layer is X+120N nm, wherein 85&#x2266;X&#x2266;125, and N=0, 1, or 2. The white organic electroluminescent element is configured to emit a white light. The color filter is configured to convert the white light to a first color beam, with the first color beam being either red, blue, or green.

White organic electroluminescent elements and displays using the same

An electroluminescent display includes an electroluminescent panel, and at least one brightness enhanced film. The electroluminescent panel has a plurality of sub-pixels, and at least one illumination surface. The brightness enhanced film is disposed on the at least one illumination surface. The brightness enhanced film has a plurality of micro lenses, and the width of the micro lens is smaller than half of the minimum width of the sub-pixels.

A method of fabricating an organic electro-luminescence device comprising the steps of providing a substrate, an organic chamber, and a sputtering chamber, forming a hole injection layer on the substrate, forming a hole transport layer on the hole injection layer in the organic chamber, forming a light-emitting layer on the hole transport layer in the organic chamber, disposing a metal chelate material on the light-emitting layer and partially doping a CsF compound into the metal chelate material to forming an electron transporting layer in the organic chamber, forming a buffer layer on the electron transporting layer in the organic chamber, transferring the substrate, the hole injection layer, the hole transport layer, light-emitting layer, the electron transporting layer, and the buffer layer form the organic chamber to the sputtering chamber, and forming an electron injection layer on the buffer layer in the sputtering chamber.

Organic electro-luminescence device

A dual emitting device includes a transparent substrate and an array of pixels. The array of pixels is disposed on the transparent, and each pixel of the array includes at least one first sub-pixel and at least one second sub-pixel. The first sub-pixel includes a first OLED driven by a first TFT, and a first sheltering layer on the first OLED. The second sub-pixel includes a second OLED driven by a second TFT, and a second sheltering layer formed between the transparent substrate and the second OLED.

An organic electroluminescence pixel, an organic electroluminescence device comprising the same, and method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescence device are provided. The organic electroluminescence pixel comprises a substrate, a first electrode, a first carrier-injection layer, a semi-trans-flective metal layer, an organic emitting layer, and a second electrode. The first electrode is formed on the substrate. The first carrier-injection layer, the semi-trans-flective metal layer, and the organic emitting layer are formed between the first electrode and the second electrode. An OLED has a first substrate, a second substrate, a plurality of organic emitting elements positioned in each sub-pixel, and an antireflective layer. The ratio of the area of the antireflective layer to that of the sub-pixel is between about 60% to about 87%.

Organic light emitting display

A dual emitting device includes a transparent substrate and an array of pixels. The array of pixels is disposed on the transparent substrate, and each pixel of the array includes at least one first sub-pixel and at least one second sub-pixel. The first sub-pixel includes a first OLED driven by a first TFT, and a first sheltering layer on the first OLED. The second sub-pixel includes a second OLED driven by a second TFT, and a second sheltering layer formed between the transparent substrate and the second OLED.

An organic light emitting diode comprises a transparent electrode, an organic emission layer, an anti-reflective electrode and an auxiliary electrode. The organic emission layer is disposed between the transparent electrode and the anti-reflective electrode. The anti-reflective electrode includes a first conductive layer, a second conductive layer, and a non-metal layer. The first conductive layer is disposed between the organic emission layer and the non-metal layer. The non-metal layer is interposed between the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer. The auxiliary electrode penetrates the non-metal layer to connect the first conductive layer with the second conductive layer. The organic light emitting diode can be applied to an organic electroluminescent device.
