A system for distributed spectrum monitoring includes a central cloud server that obtains multi-link operation (MLO) data streams from a plurality of wireless communication devices distributed across a plurality of different spatial locations. Each wireless communication device of the plurality of wireless communication devices is configured to concurrently operate at a plurality of different predetermined intermediate frequency bands. The central cloud server includes a processor that synchronizes the obtained MLO data streams from the plurality of wireless communication devices distributed across the plurality of different spatial locations. The processor further performs a cross-correlation between the synchronized MLO data streams and detects coordinated multi-band signal patterns that exist concurrently across the plurality of different predetermined intermediate frequency bands at the plurality of different spatial locations, based on the cross-correlation between the synchronized MLO data streams.

A cloud server obtains a defined signature from a first communication device, where the defined signature is associated with a digital asset at the first communication device. The cloud server validates the defined signature based on a search of the defined signature in a main action database in the cloud server. A repeater system includes a first repeater device that includes a first processor that sets the first repeater device as a source of a Synchronization Signal Block (SSB) signal independent of gNB. The first processor generates a pseudo-SSB signal before establishing any connection with the gNB in a pre-connection stage. The first processor further steers the pseudo-SSB signal across multiple directions to cover a sector of the first repeater device when the first repeater device is set as the source of the SSB signal. The first processor receives feedback including a plurality of signal assessment parameters from a second repeater device based on the pseudo-SSB signal received at the second repeater device. The first processor pre-calibrates the first repeater device and establishes a wireless link with the second repeater device in the pre-connection stage independent of the gNB, based on the feedback received from the second repeater device.
