Apparatuses, methods, and systems are disclosed for adjusting retransmission timing for a configured grant. One apparatus includes a processor that determines an offset value for a retransmission timer associated with a configured grant for communications between the UE and a mobile wireless communication network. The processor starts the retransmission timer adjusted by the offset value in response to transmission of data corresponding to a transport block ('TB') on a hybrid automatic repeat request (“HARQ”) process. The processor detects expiration of the retransmission timer associated with the configured grant. In response to detecting expiration of the retransmission timer, the processor determines a transmission resource from a plurality of configured transmission resources for retransmitting a TB.

The processor receives a CSI-RS transmission and a PDSCH transmission during a symbol by applying multiple DFTs based on the first configuration. Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to a UE that receives a group RRC release message that is based on a group mobility configuration, the group RRC release message intended for communication to a group of multiple UEs. The UE can switch to a RRC inactive state based in part on a determination that a RRC connection suspend configuration directed to the UE is included in the group RRC release message. The UE can switch to a RRC idle state based in part on a determination that the RRC connection suspend configuration is not included in the group RRC release message. A network entity can generate the group RRC release message with the group mobility configuration, and the group RRC release message is intended for communication to the group of multiple UEs. The network entity can then transmit the group RRC release message to the group of multiple UEs.

Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to a UE that receives, from a location server of a non-terrestrial network, first control signaling indicating a first PRS configuration that includes positioning assistance data and measurement reporting configuration. The UE also receives second control signaling indicating a second PRS configuration that indicates adapted PRS information based at least in part on mobility, an interference level, and/or a propagation delay pattern. The UE also receives third control signaling indicating a third PRS configuration that includes a duration for reporting a measurement of reference signals based at least in part on the adapted PRS information. The UE transmits, to the location server of the NTN, a report indicating the measurement of the reference signals and/or a location estimate based at least in part on the duration for the reporting.

The configuration includes: a set of sensing reference signal sequence generation parameters; a set of sensing reference signal resource pattern parameters, wherein a pattern corresponding to the set of sensing reference signal resource pattern parameters includes time domain locations of symbols within a sensing reference signal, frequency domain locations of resource elements within the sensing reference signal, or a combination thereof; and information indicating to map a generated sequence based on the pattern on at least one antenna to create a sensing reference signal pattern. The method includes generating a sensing reference signal. The method includes transmitting and/or receiving the sensing reference signal according to the configuration information.
