A display panel and a display apparatus are provided. The display panel includes an anti-reflection film located at a light-exiting side of the display panel. A reflectivity of the anti-reflection film for light having a first wavelength is smaller than a reflectivity of the anti-reflection film for light having a second wavelength, and the first wavelength is different from the second wavelength.

The liquid crystal grating includes multiple grating units which are arranged along a first direction, where a grating unit includes multiple first electrodes and multiple second electrodes; the multiple first electrodes are located between the first substrate and the liquid crystal layer and are disposed at intervals from each other along the first direction; the multiple second electrodes are located between the second substrate and the liquid crystal layer and are disposed at intervals from each other along the first direction. At least two first electrodes have different voltages, and at least two second electrodes have different voltages.
