Systems, methods, and apparatuses for assisting with submucosal dissections include a retraction strip body. The retraction strip body is formed at least partially from a deformable material. The retraction strip body is capable of being selectively moved between a first condition and a second condition. In the first condition, the retraction strip body is capable of engaging a target patient tissue. In the second condition, the retraction strip body is capable of retracting the target patient tissue. At least one tissue engagement member is located on the retraction strip body.

System, method, and apparatus for assisting with submucosal dissections

ECG electrode assemblies are disclosed which include an adhesive-backed patch incorporating an ECG electrode and an adhesive-backed cover configured to cover and surround a lead wire clip attached to a contact of the ECG electrode. ECG electrode assemblies comprising said adhesive-backed patch and said adhesive-backed cover secure the connection between the lead and the electrode and effectively reduce the number of telemetry disruptions due to leads failure. ECG electrode assemblies can also provide water resistance to allow for patient showering while hospitalized on telemetry monitoring.

A suture extends through a lumen of the catheter and has a distal loop portion that can strangulate tissue.

The first end portion extends substantially radial to the outer circumferential surface in the radially expanded configuration.

Apparatus and method for replacing a diseased cardiac valve

A system is provided for healing a wound. The system includes a flexible body, a therapeutic agent delivery mechanism, a suction mechanism, and a power source. The flexible body includes a cover film having oppositely disposed first and second surfaces that define a compartment. The compartment includes a first porous material, a second porous material, and at least one electrode disposed therein. The second porous material is disposed between the first porous material and the at least one electrode. The therapeutic agent delivery mechanism and the suction mechanism are fluidly connected to the compartment. The power source is in electrical communication with the at least one electrode.

System and method for wound healing

A system for delivery of radiation to a target portion of a native tissue is provided. The system includes a catheter having a catheter body with a proximal portion, a distal portion, and a longitudinally oriented lumen therebetween. The system further includes an expansion device disposed about at least a portion of the catheter body and having an expanded configuration and a non-expanded configuration. The system also includes a plurality of tubes disposed about at least a portion of the expansion device. Each of the plurality of tubes is configured to selectively guide exposure of a radiation source to the target portion of the native tissue.

A convection enhanced delivery device comprises a support member and an elongated microcatheter carried by the support member. The microcatheter projects lengthwise away from the support member. The microcatheter includes a catheter lumen extending in a first direction. A fluid conduit carried by the support member. The fluid conduit includes a conduit lumen that extends in a second direction different than the first direction. The conduit lumen is in fluid communication with the catheter lumen. An inlet port and a connecting port are also carried by the support member. The inlet port is in fluid communication with the fluid conduit. The connecting port is separate from the inlet port and is in fluid communication with the fluid conduit. The connecting port is configured to engage an end portion of an external fluid conduit such that the external fluid conduit projects away from the connecting port and from the support member.
