The invention relates to a selenium-doped hydroxyapatite and a preparation method thereof. The selenium-doped hydroxyapatite provided is a single crystal comprising a rod-like structure, a uniform morphology, and a good dispersibility. The preparation method comprises adding a mixed solution of a phosphate and a selenite dropwise to a mixed solution of a calcium salt and a dispersing agent, and reacting for 1.5-2.5 hrs at a controlled temperature of 80-90&#xb0; C., to obtain a solution of a calcium phosphate amorphous precursor, followed by performing a hydrothermal reaction at 190-210&#xb0; C., to obtain a selenium-doped hydroxyapatite comprising a rod-like structure. Compared with selenium-doped hydroxyapatite with severe agglomeration, the selenium-doped hydroxyapatite provided in the present invention comprises good dispersibility and able to have better prevention of clogging problem in human body when in use, thus having a good prospect using as a multi-functional new material for bone repair in patients as a repair material for bone defects, an anti-tumor, etc.

Selenium-doped hydroxyapatite and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an energy-providing bone-repair degradable porous scaffold, a preparation method thereof, and an application thereof. The invention obtains an energy-based biomaterial solution by compositing gelatin, a polyatomic acid and derivatives thereof, a dibasic alcohol and derivatives thereof, and a tribasic alcohol and derivatives thereof in a chemical cross-linking manner by using diisocyanate, and further obtains a porous scaffold through a drying method. The porous scaffold can avoid the problem of an acidic microenvironment caused by in vivo implantation of the existing biomaterial and keep the activity of an osteoblast cell, thereby improving the rate of repairing the damaged bone tissue with the energy-based biomaterial. The porous scaffold of the invention can be used as a filling material for bone repair in a surgical operation.

Energy-providing bone-repair degradable porous scaffold, preparation method thereof, and application thereof

The disclosure relates to a bio-artificial periosteum based on micropatterning of biomimetic mineralized calcium-phosphorus nanoparticles and a method for manufacturing the same. The method includes: first, a micropatterned biomimetic mineralized calcium-phosphorus nanoparticle layer is manufactured on a surface of an inert substrate; then, an organic polymer is cross-linked and solidified on the micropatterned biomimetic mineralized calcium-phosphorus nanoparticle layer; at last, the inert substrate is removed, so that the bio-artificial periosteum based on micropatterning of biomimetic mineralized calcium-phosphorus nanoparticles is obtained. The bio-artificial periosteum not only simulates the composition of natural bone in material components, but also realizes high degree of biomimesis in micro-nano size in structure. Moreover, the distribution of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells can be regulated by the bio-artificial periosteum, so that the cells can be effectively defined on a surface of calcium-phosphorus particle micropattern and a high degree of ordered alignment thereof can be realized.
