The present disclosure provides a method, system and apparatus for correcting satellite observation data. By acquiring microwave radiometer (MWR) movement observation data of a radiosonde observation limited sounding area, correcting the MWR movement observation data based on corresponding radiosonde observation data, and correcting satellite observation data based on the radiosonde observation data and corrected MWR movement observation data, the present disclosure corrects the satellite observation data of the radiosonde observation limited detection area, reduces an error of the satellite observation data, and makes the satellite observation data more accurate. The present disclosure realizes networked observation on vertical sounding of the radiosonde observation limited area, changes a limited observation condition of radiosonde observation only available at 08:00 and 20:00 every day in the original service system, and acquires complete high spatio-temporal resolution vertical sounding data of the radiosonde observation limited area in daytime.

Method, system and apparatus for correcting satellite observation data

A passive containment heat removal system and a control method thereof are provided. The system includes an outer containment an inner containment disposed in the outer containment, an air duct formed between the inner containment and the outer containment having an air inlet and an air outlet; a spraying assembly disposed outside the inner containment and configured to passively spray cooling water to an outer wall of the inner containment to cool the inner containment; a built-in heat exchanger disposed in the inner containment; an air cooling channel having an air inlet of the air cooling channel and an air outlet of the air cooling channel; an external air cooler disposed in the air cooling channel with an inlet connected with an outlet of the built-in heat exchanger via a first communicating pipe and an outlet connected with an inlet of the built-in heat exchanger via a second communicating pipe.

The invention provides a special launching carrier with variable position platform and a method for bridge erection using the same. The special launching carrier with variable position platform comprises a special carrier for erection bridge beam and an under-bridge machine with platform. The special carrier for erecting beam comprises a main beam, a front wheel group, a rear wheel group and a lifting device; the under-bridge machine with platform comprises a under-bridge, a rotatable rear leg, a front roller, a middle roller, a rear roller and an erecting trolley arranged on the under-bridge, and the variable position platforms are installed on both sides of tail portion of the under-bridge. When erecting bridge beam, the front wheel group moves onto the variable position platforms, which may be elevated and folded in terms of conditions of the first and last spans of different bridges, so that the bridge erection is achieved.
