The stator assembly includes a stator support and a stator core mounted on the stator support, wherein the stator support includes a support enclosure plate, a first axial air flow channel is fonned between the support enclosure plate of the stator support and a radial side surface of the stator core, and the first axial air flow channel is used for receiving a first cold air flow, so that the cold air flow can flow in the axial direction. The stator assembly can introduce a cold air flow from the other side, opposite an air gap, of a stator during the operation of an electrical motor, so that two radial sides of the stator can be cooled at the same time.

The sprayer sprays a cold airflow or a hot airflow at the end of the iron core, creating a cooling and drying environment at the end of the iron core. This facilitates the heat dissipation of the iron core and also the maintenance of the insulation performance of an end of a winding, including the insulation of the winding itself and the insulation between the winding and the iron core, and also the protection of a magnetic pole and a protective covering layer thereof.

The enclosure is further provided with a suction apparatus, and the suction apparatus can perform suctioning to the suction through holes from outside to inside, to restrain a boundary layer at an outer surface of the enclosure from being detached from the outer surface. The stator assembly includes a stator iron core, a stator bracket supporting the stator iron core, and an air flow conveyer configured to convey a first cold air flow along the radial direction of the stator iron core to a radial side surface of the stator iron core opposite to an air gap side. The embodiment of the present disclosure enables two radial sides of the stator to be cooled at the same time. Thereby, the expansion and deformation of the stator iron core are reduced, the air gap is prevented from being narrowed, magnetic poles are protected from being baked by the high temperature of the stator, and the service life of the electric machine is prolonged.
