Disclosed is a counter-roller active power flexible spinning device for a large cylinder, including a rack unit, a spindle unit, an outer roller unit, and an inner roller unit. A spindle turntable of the spindle unit is used to fix a cylinder blank. A second driver drives the spindle turntable to rotate, thereby achieving the rotation of a cylinder blank. A first driver drives the spindle turntable to be axially fed along a cylinder through a spindle platform. A third driver of the outer roller unit can drive an outer roller to rotate, and a fourth driver drives an outer roller seat to be radially fed along the cylinder at the top of an outer pillar. A fifth driver of the inner roller unit can drive an inner roller to rotate, and a sixth driver drives an inner roller seat to be radially fed along an inner roller disk.

Counter-roller active power flexible spinning device for large cylinder

An inner roller feeding device for a baseplate of a counter-roller driving power spinning equipment includes an inner roller column, an inner roller top plate, an inner roller upper plate, an inner roller lower plate, a cam, a cam mounting cylinder, inner rollers, inner roller shafts, a feed screw, a servo motor and a baseplate. According to the inner roller feeding device, a brake motor serves as a power source, the inner roller is driven by the cam through a worm gear drive to feed along a radial direction of a workpiece, such that an inner roller mechanism is small in size, large in adjustment range and high in positioning precision.

Inner roller feeding device for a baseplate of counter-roller driving power spinning equipment

A powder-enhanced friction stir rivet welding device includes a friction stir rivet welding spindle, a C-shaped frame and a tooling platform. The friction stir rivet welding spindle includes a rotating mechanism, a feed mechanism, a vibration-rotation mixing mechanism and a powder feeding mechanism. The friction stir rivet welding spindle is configured to realize rotation and feed movements of a rivet and feeding and mixing of a powder. The C-shaped frame is configured to fix the friction stir rivet welding spindle and the tooling platform. The tooling platform includes a force sensor, a sensor indenter, a tooling mould and a tooling platen. The tooling platform is configured to clamp a workpiece to be riveted and welded, and measure a rivet welding force of the friction stir rivet welding spindle in real time.

Powder-enhanced friction stir rivet welding device and method

A full-electric servo vertical three-counter driving power spinning device includes a rack, and the rack includes a baseplate. A workpiece active rotating mechanism and an inner roller feeding mechanism are provided on the baseplate, an outer roller feeding mechanism is provided on the rack; the outer roller feeding mechanism is provided with an outer roller active rotating mechanism; the outer roller active rotating mechanism includes an outer roller active rotating motor and an outer roller, and the inner roller feeding mechanism includes an inner roller. A stress state of a cylinder material by adopting a combined method of an active rotation of a roller and an active rotation of a workpiece turntable is significantly different from that by a passive spinning of a counter-roller, thus improving a thinning rate of a wall thickness of a cylindrical member and a hardening properties of materials.
