The battery module is configured to supply power to the electronic device. The processor has a power limit. The controller is configured to monitor a charging and discharging current of the battery module. In a power connection mode, the controller analyzes a status of the battery module and adjusts the power limit of the processor according to the charging and discharging current.

Electronic device and performance optimization method thereof

A device detecting system is provided. The device detecting system includes a bar code scanner, a plurality of device accommodating spaces, a screen, and a server. The server obtains bar code information via the bar code scanner and opens one of the device accommodating spaces based on the bar code information to accommodate an electronic device. A multilayer ceramic capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes a base part including ceramic dielectrics, and inner electrodes formed in the ceramic dielectrics and arranged in interval by a staggered manner; two first outer electrodes of outer electrode layers are sintered and formed on two sides of the base part, and in electrical contact with the inner electrode terminals of the inner electrodes. Second outer electrodes are formed on outer parts of the two first outer electrodes. The inner electrodes and the first outer electrodes have barium titanate powder and nickel powder with average particle diameters in range of 0.2 &#x3bc;m to 0.4 &#x3bc;m, so that the inner electrodes are in good electrical contact with the first outer electrodes, to improve binding strength and reduce peeling of the first outer electrodes from the inner electrodes.

Multilayer ceramic capacitor

A multilayer ceramic capacitor and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. A base part of the multilayer ceramic capacitor includes ceramic dielectric and inner electrodes formed inside the ceramic dielectric, and a terminal of each of the inner electrodes is exposed out of one of the two opposite sides of the base part, to form inner electrode terminals. First outer electrodes are formed on the two sides of the base part and the outside of the inner electrode terminals, and second outer electrodes are formed on the first outer electrodes. The first outer electrodes and the base part are formed together by sintering manner, and the second outer electrodes are formed by metal powder and resin material, thereby solving the problem that the vitreous component diffuses around, or solving the problem that plating solution permeates into the base part or the ceramic dielectric during plating process.
