A pixel circuit of a display panel includes a driving transistor, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor, a fifth transistor and a light emitting device. The driving transistor includes a first terminal, a second terminal and a gate terminal. The first capacitor is coupled to the gate terminal of the driving transistor. The second capacitor is connected to the first terminal of the driving transistor. The first transistor is coupled to the second terminal of the driving transistor. The second transistor is coupled to the second capacitor. The third transistor is coupled between the first terminal and the gate terminal of the driving transistor. The fourth transistor is coupled to the first terminal of the driving transistor. The fifth transistor is coupled to the driving transistor. The light emitting device is coupled to the fourth transistor.

Pixel circuit of display panel

A driving circuit configured to drive a touch display panel is provided. The driving circuit includes a signal generating circuit and a sensor driving circuit. The signal generating circuit is configurable to be coupled to gate lines of the touch display panel via a gate control circuit. The signal generating circuit modulates a plurality of voltage signals on a first driving signal and a second driving signal, and provides the modulated first driving signal and the modulated second driving signal to the gate control circuit to drive the gate lines during a sensing period. The sensor driving circuit is configurable to be coupled to sensor pads of the touch display panel. The sensor driving circuit modulates the voltage signals on a third driving signal, and drives the sensor pads with the modulated third driving signal during the sensing period. A method for driving a touch display panel is also provided.

Driving circuit of a touch display panel for reducing parasitic capacitances

The disclosure provides a pixel circuit of a display panel. The pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a transistor, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first switch, and a second switch. The transistor is disposed in a driving current path to adjust the driving current of the light-emitting element. A first terminal of the first switch is coupled to a data line. A second terminal of the first switch is coupled to a first terminal of the first capacitor and a control terminal of the transistor. A first terminal of the second switch is coupled to a second terminal of the first capacitor and a first terminal of the second capacitor. A second terminal of the second switch is coupled to a first terminal of the transistor. A second terminal of the second capacitor is coupled to a reference voltage.

A pixel circuit of a display panel is provided, including a first, second, third, fourth, fifth switch, a first capacitor and a diode. The first switch is connected with a positive supplied power voltage. The second switch is connected with the first switch and a data line. The third switch is connected with the first and second switch, generating an emission current as a driving transistor. First end of the first capacitor is connected with the first, second and third switch. Second end of the first capacitor is connected with the third, fourth and fifth switch. The fifth switch is connected with a first initial voltage. Anode of the diode is connected with the third and fourth switch while its cathode is connected with a negative emission source voltage. By configuration of the disclosed pixel circuit, a power rail emission current is independent, without being involved with initial voltages.

A control method for an optical fingerprint sensor and a touch controller is provided, for canceling or reducing capacitive loading. The optical fingerprint sensor includes a plurality of pixels, and each of the pixels has a first control signal line and a second control signal line. Each of the pixels is further coupled to a first voltage source line, a second voltage source line and a sensing line. The control method includes the step of configuring at least one of the first control signal line, the second control signal line, the first voltage source line, the second voltage source line and the sensing line to be floating when the touch controller is in a touch operation period.

An LED driving apparatus for driving an LED array including a plurality of digital-to-analog converters and a plurality of data latch circuits is provided. Each of the digital-to-analog converters is coupled to a corresponding LED, and outputs a driving current according to n-bits pixel data to drive the corresponding LED. Each of the plurality of data latch circuits stores the n-bits pixel data, and is coupled to a corresponding digital-to-analog converter to control the n-bits pixel data to be written into the corresponding digital-to-analog converter. Each of digital-to-analog converters includes n sub-driving current generating circuits. Each of the n sub-driving current generating circuits generates a sub-driving current having a current value corresponding to a bit order of a bit of the n-bits pixel data. The driving current is generated by summing up n sub-driving currents.

The optical fingerprint sensor includes a plurality of pixels, and each of the pixels has a first control signal line and a second control signal line. Each of digital-to-analog converters includes a plurality of sub-driving current generating circuits. The driving current is generated by summing up the sub-driving currents.

A pixel driver includes a driving circuit, a data input circuit, a first switch circuit and a second switch circuit. A driving circuit is configured to provide a driving current to drive a pixel element during an emission period. A data input circuit is electrically coupled to the driving circuit, and is configured to receive a data voltage during a data input period. A driving circuit configured to drive a display panel having a touch panel is provided. The driving circuit includes a signal generating circuit, a sensor driving circuit, and a source driving circuit. A current source with hysteresis for an output circuit includes a tail current transistor, a resistor and a differential pair. The tail current transistor is used for supplying a current to the output circuit. The resistor is coupled to a drain terminal of the tail current transistor. The differential pair, coupled to the resistor, is used for controlling a magnitude of the current supplied to the output circuit. The differential pair includes a first transistor, of which a bulk terminal is coupled to a terminal of the resistor; and a second transistor, of which a bulk terminal is coupled to another terminal of the resistor.

A level conversion circuit including a first level shifter and a second level shifter is provided. The first level shifter converts a first control voltage into a second control voltage during a voltage conversion period. The second level shifter is coupled to the first level shifter.
