A photochromic polypropylene fiber is provided. The photochromic polypropylene fiber includes about 98 to 99 parts by weight of polypropylene, about 0.2 to 0.8 parts by weight of a photochromic agent, about 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of an ultraviolet absorber, and about 0.1 to 1 parts by weight of a light stabilizer. The ultraviolet absorber includes and the light stabilizer includes wherein n is 10-14. A preparation method of the photochromic polypropylene fiber is further provided.

Photochromic polypropylene fiber and preparation method thereof

An infrared reflecting fiber includes 76.0 parts by weight to 88.5 parts by weight of a carrier, 1.8 parts by weight to 4.0 parts by weight of an infrared reflecting composition, 2.5 parts by weight to 7.5 parts by weight of a titanium dioxide containing composition, and 6.0 parts by weight to 16.0 parts by weight of a color adjusting composition. The carrier includes polyethylene terephthalate (PET). When a content of 5.0 wt % to 7.5 wt % of the infrared reflecting composition and a balance of the carrier are mixed together to form a first fiber, a maximum infrared reflectivity of the first fiber is between 61% and 70%.

Infrared reflecting fiber and fabricating method thereof

An intrinsic fluorescent green fiber includes 98.00 to 99.00 parts by weight of a carrier, 0.10 to 0.20 parts by weight of a yellow colorant, 0.08 to 0.20 parts by weight of a blue colorant, and 1.00 to 1.50 parts by weight of a titanium dioxide. When a content of 0.10 wt % to 0.20 wt % of the yellow colorant and a balance of the carrier are mixed to form a yellow fiber, the L*, a*, and b* values of the yellow fiber are respectively between 101.27 and 101.72, between &#x2212;17.61 and &#x2212;13.47, and between 89.84 and 108.79. When a content of 0.08 wt % to 0.20 wt % of the blue colorant and a balance of the carrier are mixed to form a blue fiber, the L*, a*, and b* values of the blue fiber are respectively between 55.60 and 66.80, between &#x2212;22.69 and &#x2212;22.70, and between &#x2212;37.50 and &#x2212;31.80.

Intrinsic fluorescent green fiber and manufacturing method thereof

The present invention relates to a polyester matrix powder comprising a polybutylene terephthalate, a homogeneously dispersed carbon nanotube powder, a dispersant and a chain extender; to a conductive masterbatch with homogeneous and smooth surface; to a process for the preparation of the conductive masterbatch; to a conductive monofilament prepared from the conductive masterbatch; to a process for the preparation of the conductive monofilament; and to a fabric article prepared from the monofilament. The present invention is characterized in the preparation of carbon nanotube-containing fiber materials with higher conductivity and the improvement of the spinning property of the conductive masterbatches to avoid blocking and yarn breakage during the spinning process.

Conductive masterbatches and conductive monofilaments

The invention provides a conductive powder composite including a bamboo charcoal powder pre-processed with a pulverizing procedure and a refining procedure of 900 to 1500&#xb0; C. and a conductive carbon black powder, wherein the bamboo charcoal powder and the conductive carbon black powder are blended by a high speed mechanical granulating machine to form the conductive powder composite. The conductive powder composite can simultaneously and effectively improve the poor conductivity of the bamboo charcoal powder and the embrittlement characteristic of the conductive carbon black powder in the conventional technology. The invention also provides a conductive masterbatch and a fabrication method thereof, and a multifunctional antistatic non-woven fabric and a fabrication method thereof.
