A power converter is provided. The power converter includes a housing, a heat dissipation module, and a first circuit board. The housing forms a receiving space, wherein the housing includes a first housing port and a second housing port. The heat dissipation module is detachably connected to the housing, and disposed in the receiving space. The heat dissipation module includes an inner path that communicates the first housing port with the second housing port. Working fluid enters the inner path via the first housing port. The working fluid leaves the inner path via the second housing port. The first circuit board includes a first circuit board body and a first heat source, wherein the first heat source is disposed on the first circuit board body, and the first heat source is thermally connected to the inner path of the heat dissipation module.

Electric vehicle and power converter thereof

An on-board charging device includes an AC connector, an AC to DC converter and a detection circuit. The AC connector is configured to be connected to an electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE), so that a protective earth terminal of EVSE is electrically connected to a protective earth terminal of the on-board charging device. The AC to DC converter is electrically connected to the AC connector, and the AC to DC converter is configured to convert an AC voltage provided by the EVSE into a DC voltage. The AC to DC converter has a reference ground terminal. The detection circuit outputs a detection voltage based on the voltage difference between the protective earth terminal of the on-board charging device and the reference ground terminal of the AC to DC converter. The detection voltage reflects whether the protective earth terminal of the EVSE is abnormal or not.

On-board charging device and operating method thereof

A power distribution unit is provided for receiving diversified three-phase power or single-phase power. The power distribution unit includes a separable power cord and a separable wiring block. The separable power cord is used for receiving electric energy of input power. The separable wiring block is electrically connected with the power cord for providing at least one connection configuration. The connection configuration provided by one side of the wiring block comprises a delta configuration, a Y configuration or a parallel configuration.

The present invention provides a conductive module used for assembling a magnetic element and an electronic component. The conductive module includes a conductive base, an electronic component and a plurality of conductive units. The electronic component is electrically connected to the conductive base and disposed on one side of the conductive base. The conductive units have respective hollow portions. The conductive units are spaced from each other and fixed on the conductive base such that the hollow portions of the conductive units are aligned with each other to define a channel.

A conductive winding module includes a plurality of conductive parts and at least one connecting part. Each conductive part includes a conductive body, a first terminal and a second terminal. The conductive body is interconnected between the first terminal and the second terminal and having a hollow portion therein. The connecting part has a first end and a second end for interconnecting any two adjacent conductive parts. A first connecting line is defined between the first end of the connecting part and the first terminal of an adjacent conductive part. A second connecting line is defined between the second end of the connecting part and the second terminal of an adjacent conductive part. The conductive parts are folded with respect to the first connecting line and the second connecting line such that the first hollow portions of the conductive parts are aligned with each other to define a through-hole.

A transformer includes a primary winding coil, a winding frame member, multiple first three-dimensional conductive pieces, a second three-dimensional conductive piece, a magnetic core assembly and a fixing plate. The winding frame member includes a first winding frame and a second winding frame for winding the primary winding coil thereon. The first three-dimensional conductive pieces are respectively sheathed around the first winding frame and the second winding frame of the winding frame member. The second three-dimensional conductive piece is arranged between the first three-dimensional conductive pieces. The magnetic core assembly is partially embedded into the first three-dimensional conductive pieces, the first winding frame, the second winding frame and the second three-dimensional conductive piece. The fixing plate is connected with the first three-dimensional conductive pieces and the second three-dimensional conductive piece so as to fix the first three-dimensional conductive pieces and the second three-dimensional conductive piece.

A power supply structure includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a first connecting part and a second connecting part. The second circuit board is horizontally disposed above the first circuit board, a first connecting part electrically connected between the first circuit board and the second circuit board for transmitting signals of the first circuit board and second circuit and a second connecting part electrically connected between the first circuit board and the second circuit board for conducting currents of the first circuit board and the second circuit.

An isolation device feasible for protecting a parallelable power supply from a reverse current comprises a field-effect transistor (FET) coupled in series between a voltage output terminal of the parallelable power supply and a load, and a transistor control circuit including a voltage comparator for detecting if a reverse current is flowing through the FET, a duty comparator circuit for detecting if an infinitesimal reverse current which is undetectable by the voltage comparator circuit is flowing through the FET, a transistor driving circuit for performing a logic AND operation with an output state of the voltage comparator circuit and an output state of the duty comparator circuit to drive the FET to turn on or off in response to the result of the logic AND operation, and an auxiliary circuit for driving the FET to turn off when the parallelable power supply is short-circuited.
