A water filter includes a filtering head, a filter bottle assembly, a switch member, and a quick release device. The filtering head includes a flow channel module. The filter bottle assembly includes a filter bottle. The quick release device includes a press lever, two links, and two push members. When the press lever is pivoted, the two links and the two push members are driven by the press lever to move the filter bottle simultaneously so that the filter bottle is mounted on or detached from the filtering head quickly. A switch member functions as a waterway switch to control a water supply of the filtering head and functions as a locking mechanism for locking or unlocking the quick release device.

A method for forming a product of compressible material includes preparing compressible material, assembling a molding fixture, filling the compressible material into a filling tube of the molding fixture, clamping the filling tube by a clamping mechanism of the molding fixture, moving an adjusting screw of the molding fixture downward in the filling tube to compress the compressible material, delivering the molding fixture to a heating module to perform a heating process so that the compressible material is heated and melted, delivering the molding fixture to a cooling module to perform a cooling process so that the compressible material is cooled and solidified to form a product, stripping the molding fixture from the product, and finishing and taking out the product of the compressible material.

Method for forming product of compressible material by molding device

A water purifier includes a filter head, a flow channel control module, and a filter element. The flow channel control module includes a waterway board and a flow manifold. The waterway board is provided with a water flow channel. The flow manifold is provided with a first passage and a second passage. When the flow manifold is driven by the filter element and rotated relative to the waterway board to a first position where the first passage is connected to the water flow channel, the flow channel control module is switched to a first flow channel waterway mode (or filter mode). When the flow manifold is driven by the filter element and rotated to a second position where the second passage is connected to the water flow channel, the flow channel control module is switched to a second flow channel waterway mode (or replacement mode).

Water purifier with leakproof function

A water purifier structure includes a container assembly and a buffer unit mounted in the container assembly. The container assembly includes a housing and a cap unit. The housing has a first receiving section and a second receiving section. The second receiving section of the housing is provided with a retaining portion. The buffer unit is mounted in the second receiving section of the housing and includes a positioning ring secured in the retaining portion of the housing, and a cushioning member mounted in the positioning ring. The cushioning member is elastically movable in the positioning ring. When the cushioning member is compressed by a force, the cushioning member is contracted and elastically deformed toward the second receiving section of the housing, to form a buffering force.

Water purifier structure

A valve assembly for controlling fluid flow is provided. The valve assembly includes a housing having a first chamber and a second chamber, an actuator assembly configured to move between a first position and a second position within the first and second chambers, a plurality of fluid ports in fluid communication with the first chamber, and a plurality of fluid ports in fluid communication with the second chamber. The first position of the actuator assembly defines a first series of fluid flowpaths through the plurality of fluid ports of the first and second chambers. The second position of the actuator assembly defines a second series of fluid flowpaths through the plurality of fluid ports of the first and second chambers.

Multi-port flow switching valve

A faucet mounted water filtration system includes a base defining an inlet and a plurality of outlets. The base at least partially defines a filter compartment configured to house a filter cartridge. A first valve assembly is positioned within the base and defines a first passage and a second passage. A valve stem is movably positioned within the first passage. With the valve stem in a first position, the first passage provides fluid communication between the inlet and a first outlet and with the valve stem in a second position the second passage provides fluid communication between the inlet and the filter compartment. A body is rotatably coupled to the base and includes a first cam configured to urge the valve stem from the first position to the second position as the body rotates with respect to the base.
