An electro mechanical or electrical connector for use in an electric vehicle including a plug body, a sealing ring, a locking member, and a cable is provided. The plug body has an inner wall and at least one locking recess on the inner wall. The sealing ring and the locking member are respectively disposed on the inner wall. The locking member has at least one elastic locking hook. The cable passes through the plug body, the sealing ring, and the locking member. The locking member is locked in the locking recess by the elastic locking hook to be attached to the inner wall, and forces the sealing ring to seal a space between the inner wall and the cable.

Electro mechanical or electrical connector for use in electric vehicle

An automotive connector includes an outer shell, an inner shell mated with the outer shell, and a conductive assembly assembled in the inner shell. The hooks of the outer shell can be detached from the slots of the inner shell, so that the outer shell can be detached from the inner shell. Therefore, another outer shell can be assembled with the inner shell, so that outer shells with different insertion openings can be assembled with the same inner shell conveniently. Therefore, the outer shell of the automotive connector can be replaced quickly.

Automotive connector

A vehicle electrical connector includes an outer shell, an inner shell, and a conductive assembly. The outer shell includes a groove and assembling channels. The assembling channel extends from an opening on an outer side of the groove toward an inner tubular wall surface of the groove. The inner shell is in the outer shell and includes a base and a casing. The casing extends outward from one side of the base. The inner shell includes buckle blocks outside the casing. The buckle block is guided in the assembling channel through a path of the assembling channel, so that the buckle block is positioned in the assembling channel. Hence, after the inner shell is axially inserted into the outer shell and then rotated into a predetermined position, the inner shell and the outer shell can be stably held with each other.

Vehicle electrical connector

An angle connector, including an angle holder, a cable, and multiple contacts, is provided. The angle holder includes a first receiving portion, a second receiving portion, and a first bending portion connected therebetween. Each of the first receiving portion and the second receiving portion has multiple receiving grooves. The cable includes multiple core wires. Each of the contacts includes a first connecting portion, a second connecting portion, and a second bending portion connected therebetween. The first connecting portions for electrically connecting to another electrical connector are embedded in the receiving grooves of the first receiving portion. The second connecting portions electrically connected to the core wires are embedded in the receiving grooves of the second receiving portion.

Angle connector

A power connector socket includes a main body and a lamella cage. The main body includes a socket, an opening at a side portion of the socket, and a chamber inside the socket. The lamella cage passes through the socket. The lamella cage includes a ring portion and contact lamellae. The contact lamellae outwardly extend from a side portion of the ring portion and are annularly arranged. The ring portion is in an inner side of the chamber. One of two ends of each of the contact lamellae includes a fixed end formed on the ring portion, a free end outwardly extends from the other end of each of the contact lamellae, and the free ends are positioned at a portion of the main body adjacent to the opening.

Power connector socket

A power connector socket includes a housing and a lamella cage. The housing includes a socket and an opening at a side portion of the socket. The lamella cage passes through the socket and includes a ring portion and contact lamellae. The ring portion is adjacent to the opening. The contact lamellae outwardly extend from a side portion of the ring portion and are annularly arranged. One of two ends of each of the contact lamellae includes a fixed end formed on the ring portion, and a free end outwardly extends from the other end of each of the contact lamellae. The contact lamellae include contact portions extending toward an interior portion of the socket. The contact portions are a first position adjacent to the fixed end of each of the contact lamellae and on a second position of a middle portion of each of the contact lamellae.

An electrical connector and an electrical wire connection method for connecting electrical connectors with each other are provided. The electrical connector includes a conductive body, a conductive material, and a cable member. One of two ends of the conductive body includes an insertion portion, the other end of the conductive body includes a wire-connection post, and the wire-connection post has a groove. The conductive material is disposed in the groove. The cable member includes core wires inserted into the groove. The conductive medium is distributed over the space between the core wires and the groove.

Electrical connector and electrical wire connection method therefor

A lift mechanism, comprising: a post, two sliding elements, and a constant force spring. One sliding element supports a display and has a rolling member for rolling contacting a post side of the post. Another sliding element is provided at another post side and fixed with the other sliding element across the post body by a connecting structure, so that the two sliding elements pulling each other slide coherently along the two post sides. The constant force spring is provided at one post end of the post and extends an end fixed to the connecting structure to stop the two sliding elements. A thin-type supporting device comprises the lift mechanism and a flat-shaped support. A post is fixed with two post ends to inner walls of the flat-shaped support, so that the sliding element connected with the display slides along a longitudinal long hole on the flat-shaped support.

Lift mechanism and thin-type supporting device utilizing the same

A slide mechanism for use in elevation device comprises: a support seat, longitudinally disposed with at least three wing pieces spaced from each other, wherein at least one lateral surface of each of the wing pieces is respectively and longitudinally pivoted with at least one roller, one of the wing pieces is extended with a neck part having a front end disposed with a connection arm; and a sleeve, having a circumference defined at the top end longitudinally formed with a rail slot, wherein an inner circumference thereof is longitudinally formed with a positioning slot at a location corresponding to the at least one rollers and allowing a guide rail to be disposed and positioned, an outer circumference of each of the rollers is formed with a guide slot sleeved in the guide rail, so that the rollers can be respectively and longitudinally slid along the corresponding guide rail.

Slide mechanism for use in elevation device

An asymmetrical contact terminal includes a root portion and at least one first branch and at least one second branch which are spaced apart. The first branch has a first arm portion and a first tip, and the second branch also has a second arm portion and a second tip. The first branch further has a protrusion selectively connects the second arm portion for deforming the force distribution and enhancing the engagement between the contact terminal and an associated housing. The instant disclosure also discloses a fabrication method for making the same.

Asymmetrical contact terminal and fabrication method of the same

The present invention discloses a terminal network of an electrical connector, comprising: a terminal array used to form on a connector surface. The terminal array includes a plurality of terminal rows alternately arranged, wherein each of the terminal rows includes at least one signal transmitting unit and at least one ground unit. Each of the signal transmitting unit and the ground unit is arranged in an alternative form with each other in the same row. Each of the signal transmitting unit and the ground unit in one row are respectively aligned to the ground unit and signal transmitting unit in an adjacent row. By means of the terminal array, crosstalk between or within terminals can be decreased while the use of the ground unit is decreased and the use of the signal transmitting unit is increased.

Electrical connector and terminal network thereof

The present invention discloses a coupling terminal structure and electrical connector using the same. The coupling terminal structure comprises: at least a pair of first terminal and second terminal, wherein the first terminal includes a first contact portion, a first neck portion and a first extension portion, the second terminal includes a second contact portion, a second neck portion and a second extension portion. The first contact portion is disposed aside to the second contact portion at a first distance, while the first extension portion is disposed aside to the second extension portion at a second distance. The first distance is greater than the second distance, thereby forming an electromagnetic coupling effect between the first extension portion and the second extension portion to provide better shielding and decrease interference between and within terminals.

Coupling terminal structure and electrical connector using the same

A power connector assembly with improved terminals includes a first electrical connector and a second electrical connector. The first electrical connector has a first insulated body and a plurality of first power-terminal sets received in the first insulated body. The second electrical connector has a second insulated body and a plurality of second power-terminal sets received in the second insulated body. Each of the first power-terminal sets is contacted with each of the second power-terminal sets correspondingly. Each second power-terminal set has a pair of separate second power terminals. Each second power terminal has a contacting portion for contacting with the first power-terminal set. Each contacting portion is protruded with at least one bulge portion toward the first power-terminal set from a side thereof.
