A compound control circuit comprises an input end, a light-load signal processing circuit, a slow response circuit and a fast response circuit. The compound control circuit is mainly used as an additional circuit of a work control chip, so that although the work control chip only has a single overcurrent protection level, a compound function control of fast and slow speed, high and low level current protection and light-load signal stabilization can be generated through the compound control circuit, so as to meet the complex application environment and compatible requirements of the current power supply.

A control module of a power calibration circuit comprises a control unit, a main voltage feedback unit and an auxiliary voltage feedback unit, the control unit is connected to at least one power switch, the main voltage feedback unit is connected to an output terminal of the power calibration circuit and the control unit, the auxiliary voltage feedback unit is connected to the output terminal and the control unit, the auxiliary voltage feedback unit comprises a voltage dividing circuit connected to the output terminal and having at least one voltage dividing node, and a voltage limiting circuit connected to the voltage dividing node and the control unit, the voltage limiting circuit has a first state when a voltage of the voltage dividing node is not higher than a reference voltage, and a second state when a voltage of the voltage dividing node is higher than the reference voltage.

The invention provides a photoelectric energy conversion device applied to a power conversion circuit to replace a magnetic component which is widely used in a power conversion circuit. The photoelectric energy conversion device includes a shell, at least one light generator, and at least one photovoltaic generator, wherein the at least one light generator and the at least one photovoltaic generator are packaged in the shell. The at least one photovoltaic generator receives light generated in the shell by the at least one light generator and generates electric energy based on the light, and the at least one photovoltaic generator serves as a power supply source for a back-end circuit of the photoelectric energy conversion device.

A fan driving circuit with temperature compensation comprises a power input end, a power output end connected with a fan motor, a first transistor arranged between the power input end and the power output end, a signal adjuster connected with the first transistor and connected with a signal generating circuit, a second transistor connected with the signal adjuster, and a feedback unit. The feedback unit comprises a first resistor and a second resistor connected in series, and a compensation bypass connected in parallel with the first resistor or the second resistor, wherein the compensation bypass comprises a thermistor, a resistance of the thermistor changes along with the temperature and changes a magnitude of a feedback current which is provided to the second transistor, so as to compensate a change of a common emitter current gain in the second transistor generated by the temperature.

The present invention provides a fan speed control method for avoiding inaccurate control caused by sudden changes in a power supply output state, including the steps of: acquiring an output current value of a power supply device; and then, determining a change of the output current value in a sampling timeframe, if a slope representing the change is positive, controlling the control signal generating unit to gradually replace the fan control signal currently output to the fan with another fan control signal on the basis of a first latency, and if the slope representing the change is negative, controlling the control signal generating unit to gradually replace the fan control signal currently output to the fan with another fan control signal on the basis of a second latency. The first latency and the second latency are determined by the output current value, respectively.

Fan speed control method for avoiding inaccurate control caused by sudden change in power supply output state

A correction control module for a power factor correction circuit comprises a current sampling unit, an adjustment unit and a control unit. The current sampling unit generates a sampling current based on the operation of a power factor correction circuit. The adjustment unit is connected to the current sampling unit and receives the sampling current. The adjustment unit is composed of a fixed resistance branch and a variable resistance branch connected in parallel with the fixed resistance branch, and the variable resistance and fixed resistance branches receive the sampling current to generate a node voltage. The control unit controls a resistance of the variable resistance branch based on an input voltage and an output voltage of the power factor correction circuit. Thus, an equivalent resistance of the variable resistance branch and the fixed resistance branch is changed according to an operating state of the power factor correction circuit.

The present invention provides an ATX specification power supply comprising redundant power supply architecture. A casing where the ATX specification power supply is located includes an ATX specification housing and a frame provided in the ATX specification housing. The frame is defined with a plurality of power module assembly regions and a modulation module assembly region in the ATX specification housing. The power module assembly regions are for a plurality of power modules to be provided therein, and the modulation module assembly region is for a power modulation module to be provided therein. The plurality of power modules and the power modulation module are further connected to a power integration backplate provided in the ATX specification housing, enabling the ATX specification power supply to construct redundant power supply architecture.

A transformer structure includes a circuit board, a current bearing plate, a transformer iron core, two wire windings and two plate windings. The circuit board is provided with a rectification filter circuit at least including a filter inductor, a filter capacitor and a rectification switch. The filter inductor is formed by a current guide plate on the circuit board and an inductor iron core sleeved on the current guide plate. The current bearing plate is stacked on the circuit board and electrically connected to the rectification filter circuit. The transformer iron core is on the circuit board. The two plate windings are plate materials, and are wound for at least one turn on the transformer iron core and fixed on the circuit board. The plate windings are electrically connected to the current guide plate and the current bearing plate to jointly withstand a current flowing through the transformer structure.

A redundant isolating switch control circuit comprises a working power supply, a power input end, a power output end, at least one field-effect transistor, a first transistor, and a second transistor. The field-effect transistor comprises a gate electrode, a source electrode connected to the power input end and a drain electrode connected to the power output end. The first transistor and the second transistor together with the associated circuits form a current mirror circuit. The redundant isolating switch control circuit further comprises a first electronic unit comprising a first connecting end connected to the first base electrode of the first transistor and a second connecting end connected to the second emitter electrode of the second transistor, and a second electronic unit comprising a third connecting end connected to the first collector of the first transistor and a fourth connecting end connected to the gate electrode.

Redundant isolating switch control circuit

A power supply includes a first and second power conversion modules, changeover switch and control module. The first power conversion module provides at least one working power and generate a power good signal. The power conversion efficiency of the second power conversion module is lower than that of the first power conversion module. The second power conversion module provides a backup power permanently. The control module includes a switch control unit connected to the changeover switch, and a voltage drop adjustment unit connected to the second power conversion module. The control module is provided with a first state, in which the power good signal is not received such that the backup power is outputted continuously, and a second state, in which the changeover switch is turned on while the backup power is dropped to be replaced by the working power from the changeover switch on receiving the power good signal.
