Present invention is related to a metallic particle-deposition substrate having a metal substrate and multiple metallic particles attached thereon. The metallic particles are nano-particles with at least 90% of these nano-particles as single layer being evenly dispersed on the metal substrate. Each of the metallic particle is isolated without toughing or overlapping. The metal substrate has different material than the metallic particles in each preferred embodiment in the present invention. More preferably, at least 80% of the metallic particles have the distance between each metallic particle is at a range of 2-6 nm for better generation of hotspot effects. The present invention provides a fast production method for producing the substrate with heterogeneous interface. The metallic particles are evenly attached to the surface of the metal substrate to obtain better surface enhanced Raman effect as to apply for sensors in all kinds of field.

Metallic particle-deposition substrate, method and application thereof for increasing heterointerface

Present invention is related to a composite modified layer attached on a current collector comprising a lithiophilic particle being covered or coated by a polymer layer. The composite modified layer further could be coated with an additional carbon layer or artificial protective film as several suitable embodiments presented in this invention. The lithiophilic particle, such as sliver nano-particle, will firstly form a lithium-silver alloys to reduce a thermodynamic instability during the growth of lithium nuclei. The sliver nano-particle is able to be attached securely on the current collector by the polymer with high adhesion ability. The fuel cell including the composite modified layer in the present invention has higher average Coulombic efficiency and higher capacity retention.

A method and system to quickly analyze and predict battery failure and short-circuit comprises a battery cell unit carried with a sensor unit continuing detect a value of a condition of the battery cell unit to obtain a time domain result. The system will further convert the time domain result into a frequency domain result and will send an alarm or warning if such frequency domain result has exceeded a pre-set threshold. The present invention could accurately send the reminder or warning of the upcoming short-circuit at earlier stage of the battery cell unit by simply analyzing the time domain result converting as the frequency domain result. The system provided by the present invention has the ability to detect micro-circuit of the battery cell unit to facilitate detecting battery failure and short-circuit to avoid any emergency happened to the battery while using.

Ceramic material, method for adsorbing carbon dioxide and method for converting carbon dioxide

A fluid separation apparatus suitable for separating a mixed fluid with different properties and capable of separating a complex fluid mixture efficiently is provided. The fluid separation apparatus includes a sampling entrance, a first separation column, a second separation column, a bypass line, a detector and a guide multi-channel valve. A mixed fluid flows into the first separation column via the sampling entrance. The second separation column is connected to the first separation column in series and connected to the bypass line in parallel. The detector is connected to the second separation column and the bypass line. The guide multi-channel valve has different modes to control a flow-through status and a closed status between the first separation column and the second separation column, between the first separation column and the bypass line, between the second separation column and the detector, and between the bypass line and the detector.
