An array substrate includes a substrate, a plurality of first signal lines, a plurality of traces, a plurality of second signal lines, and a plurality of switching elements. The first signal lines are disposed on the substrate along a first direction. The traces are disposed on the substrate along a second direction different from the first direction, and one trace is electrically connected to one first signal line and crosses another one first signal line. The second signal lines are disposed on the substrate along the second direction, the second signal lines cross the first signal lines, and the traces and the second signal lines are formed of different conductive layers. The switching elements are disposed on the substrate, and one of the switching elements is electrically connected to a corresponding one first signal line and a corresponding one second signal line.

Array substrate

The present invention discloses a light sensing unit of a light sensing device including a light sensing element and a switching element. The light sensing element includes a gate, a semiconductor layer, a gate insulating layer, a source, and a drain. The gate and the semiconductor layer are disposed on a substrate, the gate insulating layer separates the gate from the semiconductor layer, and the source and the drain are connected to the semiconductor layer respectively. At least one of the source and the drain are formed of a light-transmissive conductive layer. The semiconductor layer is disposed between one of the source and the drain and the gate, and when viewed along a normal direction of the substrate, the gate overlaps the one of the source and the drain, and the gate does not overlap another one of the source and the drain.

Light sensing unit of light sensing device

A light sensing device includes a substrate, a gate electrode, a semiconductor layer, a dielectric layer, a first source/drain electrode, a second source/drain electrode, and a reset electrode. The gate electrode is over the substrate. The semiconductor layer is over the substrate and at least partially overlapping the gate electrode. The dielectric layer spaces the gate electrode from the semiconductor layer. The first source/drain electrode and the second source/drain electrode are respectively connected to the semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer has a first region and a second region between the first source/drain electrode and the second source/drain electrode, the first region overlaps the gate electrode, and the second region does not overlap the gate electrode. The reset electrode is in contact with the semiconductor layer.

A display method includes using the processor to adjust an image signal according to a user distance between a user and the display device detected by the distance detector; and sending the adjusted image signal to the display panel, thereby causing the display panel to display an image, wherein if the user distance is in a first distance range, the image is displayed by a first proportion of the pixels of each of the blocks; and if the user distance is in a second distance range, the image is displayed by a second proportion of the pixels of each of the blocks, wherein the second distance range is less than the first distance range, and the second proportion is greater than the first proportion.

Display device and display method

The present invention provides a touch panel including a substrate, a first conductive layer, an insulating layer, and a second conductive layer. The first conductive layer is disposed on the substrate, and the first conductive layer includes a first trace extending along a first direction. The insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive layer. The second conductive layer is disposed on the insulating layer and includes a plurality of second traces extending along a second direction. The second traces cross the first trace and are electrically insulated from the first trace, and a width of the first trace is greater than a width of one of the second traces.

Touch panel

A touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The touch panel has a touch region and a trace region and includes a substrate, a touch device, a shielding trace, and a plurality of conductive traces. The touch device is disposed on the substrate in the touch region and includes a plurality of electrode pads. The shielding trace and the conductive traces are disposed on the substrate in the trace region. At least a part of the conductive traces is electrically connected to the touch device. The shielding trace includes a first trace layer and a second trace layer electrically connected to each other. The shielding trace is disposed between two of the conductive traces, the first trace layer at least partially overlaps the second trace layer, and the shielding trace doesn't overlap the conductive traces.

Touch panel and manufacturing method thereof

A panel and a pixel structure are disclosed and include a substrate, a scan line, a data line, and a pixel electrode. The scan line is disposed on the substrate and extends along a first direction. The data line is disposed on the substrate and extends along a second direction different from the first direction. The pixel electrode is disposed on the substrate, in which the scan line and/or the data line crosses the pixel electrode.

Panel and pixel structure thereof

A touch panel includes first and second touch electrodes, an auxiliary touch electrode, plural counter touch electrodes, and first to third traces. The first electrode, the second touch electrode, and the auxiliary touch electrode respectively include first sub-touch electrodes, second sub-touch electrodes, and sub-auxiliary touch electrodes extending along a first direction. The first sub-touch electrodes are electrically connected to each other, second sub-touch electrodes electrically connected to each other, and sub-auxiliary touch electrodes electrically connected to each other. Two of the sub-auxiliary touch electrodes are respectively proximate to one of the first sub-touch electrodes and one of the second sub-touch electrodes. The first to third traces are electrically connected to the first electrode, the second electrode, and the auxiliary touch electrode, respectively.
