Disclosed are systems and methods for a computerized framework that involves a state machine for multi-threaded, multi-step task extraction that is configured to operate by implementing a suite of tables and corresponding views that do not require any updates and/or data copying, which allows for additional states being adopted for disparate processing regimes. The state machine enables insertions of transactional usage records into several tables in a data warehousing environment, where jobs in the table can be configured to identify the job name along with other key information for how to process such job, as well as information related to what kind of identifier (ID) to use and rules for retry and/or error handling. The framework allows multiple threads to work on subsets of data in a single table and update the status of many records while they are in-flight.

Systems and methods for recording and updating data in a database

A device may receive building location information associated with a multi-unit building. The device may obtain an image that depicts the multi-unit building. The device may process, using a building analysis model, the image to identify exterior access features of the multi-unit building. The building analysis model may be trained based on a plurality of historical images of other exterior access features. The device may determine, using a scoring system and based on a configuration of exterior access features that are identified by the building analysis model, an exterior accessibility score of the unit. The device may perform, based on the exterior accessibility score, an action associated with qualifying the unit for installation of a service that involves access, from the unit, to an exterior of the multi-unit building.

Techniques for network usage analysis and forecasting are disclosed. In one embodiment, a computerized method is disclosed comprising obtaining network access data identifying network access of a plurality of users, obtaining user data for the plurality of users, analyzing the obtained network access data, the analyzing comprising determining a network usage pattern for each user, determining a plurality of feature sets corresponding to the plurality of users, a feature set determined for a respective user comprising network usage features and user features determined using the user data obtained for the respective user, determining a number of clusters formed using the plurality of feature sets, each cluster grouping a number of users, of the plurality of users, having similar feature sets, and communicating information about at least one cluster in response to a network analysis request.

Computerized method and system for network usage analysis and forecasting

A service qualification platform may receive, from a user device, a service request to qualify a unit of a multi-unit building to receive a service. The service qualification platform may obtain a service coverage mapping associated with the multi-unit building and may provide, to the user device and via a user interface that is associated with a geographic information system, a unit location request for an indication of a location of the unit within the multi-unit building. The service qualification platform may receive unit location information that is associated with the indication and may determine a service qualification metric based on the service coverage mapping and the unit location information, wherein the service qualification metric is associated with a capability of receiving the service within the unit. The service qualification platform may perform an action associated with the service qualification metric.

Systems and methods for identifying a service qualification of a unit in a multi-unit building

A device may capture property data identifying units associated with a multi-unit building, and may import an image of a floor plan associated with the multi-unit building. The device may provide the property data to a network device associated with a network that provides network coverage to the multi-unit building, and may receive, from the network device, network coverage data for the multi-unit building. The device may combine the image of the floor plan and the network coverage data to generate an image identifying the floor plan and the network coverage for the multi-unit building, and may capture signal reception data identifying a strength of signal from the network for one or more units of the multi-unit building. The device may perform one or more actions based on the signal reception data and the image identifying the floor plan and the network coverage.
