Methods and systems for maintaining a healthy building. In one example, an access card reader for controlling access to a secure area may comprise a card reader for reading an access card identifier from an access card presented by a user, a touchless thermal sensor for sensing a skin temperature of the user, a memory, and a controller operatively coupled to the card reader, the touchless thermal sensor and the memory. In response to a user presenting an access card to the card reader, the controller may be configured to store in the memory the access card identifier read by the card reader along with a corresponding skin temperature of the user. In another example, a system may be configured to perform contact tracing when an occupant has been identified as displaying signs of an illness.

Methods and systems for maintaining a healthy building

Devices, methods, and systems for monitoring and/or assessing compliance with infectious disease guidance for reducing infectious disease transmissions are described herein. The systems may include sensing devices at or within a facility and computing devices to compare data based on outputs from the sensing devices with guidance and/or recommendations for mitigating infectious disease transmission. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines and measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. Various compliance parameters may be identified as being relevant to the guidelines, but not measurable with outputs from the sensing devices. The compliance parameters may be individually scored or scored in groups, including the compliance parameters not measureable with outputs from the sensing devices, and a score relative to a facility or group of facilities may be provided. The scores may be presented to via a dashboard.

Devices, systems, and methods for assessing facility compliance with infectious disease guidance

A self-guided robot (bot) mechanism. An example bot may have a channel having an input for users, a cloud platform connected to the channel, a bot framework connected to the cloud platform, a web services module connected to the bot framework, and one or more drivers connected to the web services module. The one, the bot framework, the web services module and the drivers may be electronic hardware devices that effect their respective functions with a level of software managed and manipulated by the devices according to their respective algorithms.

A spatial hierarchical model is built by accepting user input to add and name each of one or more first level spaces at a first level of the spatial hierarchical model and to select a selected one of the first level spaces of the spatial hierarchical model and add and name each of one or more child level spaces that are spatially part of the selected first level space at a second level of the spatial hierarchical model. A graphical representation of one or more of the first level spaces and one or more corresponding child level spaces is displayed along with a listing of at least some of the plurality of building control assets.
