A processing system including at least one processor may obtain a data feed of a region of a virtual environment associated with a virtual representation of a user within the virtual environment and extract behavioral data of the virtual representation of the user from the data feed. The processing system may further detect at least one health anomaly related to a physical condition of the user from the behavioral data via at least one first detection model for detecting the at least one health anomaly and generate an alert in response to the detecting of the at least one health anomaly that is related to the physical condition of the user.

Sentiment capture by wireless network elements is provided herein. A method can include extracting, by a system comprising a processor, features of sensor data captured by a sensor, communicatively coupled to the system via a wireless communication network and located in an area, wherein the sensor data is representative of respective persons present in the area, resulting in extracted features; determining, by the system, sentiment data, representative of an emotional condition of the respective persons present in the area, by correlating the extracted features to circumstantial properties associated with the area; and generating, by the system based on the sentiment data, a response to a query for information associated with the area.

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, embodiments of methods, systems, and devices for receiving user information and biometric data from groups of communication devices. Additional embodiments can include correlating and storing the user information and the biometric data in a hierarchical database according to a classification. Further embodiments can include accessing the user information and the biometric data, determining an emotional state of a user in response to processing the user information and biometric data resulting in a determined emotional state, and selecting enhanced audio content and enhanced image content according to the determined emotional state. Also, embodiments can include generating the user experience for a viewer. The user experience includes a portion of the user information, the enhanced audio content, and enhanced image content to attempt provide an emotive response from the viewer similar to the determined emotional state.
