In one example in accordance with the present disclosure, a system is described. The system includes an outsourcing engine to select a contracting print device to which a print job is to be outsourced. A recipe generating engine of the system generates a recipe for a print job. The recipe includes 1) settings for the print job and 2) settings for the contracting print device that is to generate the print job. The system also includes an encoder to encrypt the recipe and an exception processor to respond to requests from the contracting print device to deviate from the recipe.

A modular RFID device includes a modular circuit pad, a modular transmission pad, and a device connection layer. The modular circuit pad includes a processing circuit to process data, the processing circuit having circuit electrical contacts. The modular transmission pad includes a transmission circuit to wirelessly transmit the data, the transmission circuit having transmission electrical contacts connected to the circuit electric contacts and over which the data is received from the modular circuit pad. The device connecting layer is between the modular circuit pad and the modular transmission pad and is separate from the transmission and circuit electrical contacts to attach the modular circuit pad with the modular transmission pad.

Example implementations relate to application access based on a network. For example, a computing device may include a processor. The processor may detect that the computing device is connected to a particular network and may identify an identifier associated with the particular network. The processor may access settings indicating a subset of applications associated with the identifier of the particular network, where the subset of applications is part of a set of applications available on the computing device. The processor may restrict access to the subset of applications based on the settings.

Example implementations relating to a modular radio frequency identification (RFID) device are described. For example, the modular RFID device includes a modular circuit pad and a modular transmission pad coupled to the modular circuit pad. The modular circuit pad includes a processing circuit to process data and the processing circuit includes multiple circuit electrical contacts. Further, the modular transmission pad includes a transmission circuit to transmit the data. The transmission circuit includes multiple transmission electrical contacts detachably connected to the multiple circuit electric contacts.

A virtual keyboard includes a pad, a number of motion sensors coupled to the pad to detect the presence of a user's hands over the pad, a processor, and a memory. The memory includes executable code that, when executed by the processor calibrates the virtual keyboard based on a number of criteria of the user's hand upon detection of the user's hands by the motion sensors, in which the criteria comprises the user's unique keyboard profile.

Examples described herein include examples of a radio frequency identification control that includes an identifier element, an antenna element, and a pressure sensitive switch to selectively couple the radio identifier circuit to the antenna element to complete a radio frequency identification circuit. In some examples, the radio frequency identification control can be integrated into a self-adhesive sticker. A unique identification code associated with the radio frequency identification control can be registered with a computing system to initiate a user-defined function.

A method for controlling printing of a print job involves portioning the print job into a plurality of parts via a partition manager, and converting each part of the print job into respective binary image data parts via a Raster Image Processor (RIP) manager. The method further involves controlling a rate of aggregation of the converted parts via a throttle control manager. The rate of aggregation is controlled by monitoring parameters of a printing system used to perform the printing of the print job, determining that at least one of the monitored parameters reaches or exceeds a predefined threshold, and manipulating the rate of aggregation of the converted parts in response to the determining according to a throttle mode predefined for a particular set of monitored parameters.

A system includes an estimator to analyze an input file that describes a print job, to analyze local feedback data that describes local capacity to process the print job by a local print preprocessor, and to analyze remote feedback data that describes remote capacity to process the print job by a cloud-based print preprocessor, wherein the estimator determines a time estimate for the local print preprocessor or the cloud-based print preprocessor to process the print job based on the analyzed input file, the analyzed local feedback data, or the analyzed remote feedback data. A scheduler receives the time estimate from the estimator to determine whether to route the print job to the local print preprocessor or the cloud-based print preprocessor to process the print job.
