An exercise device includes a rigid handle having a lower end and an upper end. The upper end is adapted for grasping by a person's hand, and the lower end is fixed with a shaft receiver. A bottom end of the shaft receiver is adapted for receiving a top end of a rigid shaft that is adapted to receive one or more weights. A weight stop projects away from a lower end of the rigid shaft to prevent the weights from sliding off of the rigid shaft. In use, with one or more of the weights fixed on the rigid shaft, and with the top end of the rigid shaft fixed with the shaft receiver, the person may grasp the handle to perform exercises. A latch of the shaft receiver selectively locks the rigid shaft with the shaft receiver. The shaft and shaft receiver may include cooperative screw threads.

A removable microphone and radio cover assembly is claimed for use in challenging or rugged environments to improve the consistency of communication. The removable microphone cover comprises of a main cover, layers of interchangeable media, a spacer and an attachment tab. In some configurations, the removable cover assembly may consist of multiple main covers or the main cover with a mounting assembly. It is desirable, therefore, to have a removable cover for handheld communication devices that can be manipulated, oriented or changed to adapt to changes in environmental conditions. It is also desirable for the user to be able to attach, cover or mount the removable cover on different or multiple handheld communications devices as needed.

A plug system for repairing a hole in a wall includes a cylindrical plug body that has a grooving implement adapted to cut or abrade the wall at one end and a thread projecting outwardly from the plug body at an opposing end. A plug is adapted for fitting within a rear cavity and has at least one screw aperture. In use, with the plug body fixed with the rotary tool, the rotary tool is activated to rotate the plug body to cut or abrade the wall around the hole. The thread of the plug body engages the wall until the proximal end of the plug body is substantially flush with the wall to repair the wall, and to provide screw apertures at the desired location on the wall to hold an object with screws if needed.

A toolbox comprises a rigid case having an open top side providing access to an internal case storage volume therein, and a rigid cover with an open bottom side open to a cover storage volume. The cover is fixed with the case at a plurality of hinges. A removable message board and marking implement are selectively fixed within the cover storage volume of the cover. The rear side of the case includes winding posts around which a power cord is wound that conducts power to a power strip circuit having a plurality of power receptacles fixed with the case. An audio system is fixed with the case and includes a plurality of speakers, a display interface, a wireless audio signal receiver, and a control circuit. An optional bottle opener and removable lamp device may be further included.
