According to one aspect of the present disclosure, in the case of using multi-panel/TRP, it is possible to suitably perform HARQ-ACK feedback.

A terminal according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a control section that determines whether to power on or off each panel of a plurality of panels and switches power of the panel to ON or OFF, a receiving section that receives a signal by using the panel being powered on, and a transmitting section that transmits a signal by using the panel being powered on.
