The present application provides a battery module, which includes a plurality of batteries, an electrical connecting piece, a circuit board and a sampling connecting member. The plurality of batteries are arranged in a longitudinal direction; the electrical connecting piece is electrically connected to the corresponding battery; the circuit board is located above the corresponding battery in a height direction; the sampling connecting member is connected to the electrical connecting piece and the circuit board; the sampling connecting member includes a fixing portion and a contact portion, the fixing portion being fixed on the circuit board, the contact portion being connected to the fixing portion, and the contact portion pressing against the electrical connecting piece and keeping in contact with the electrical connecting piece.

Battery module

A battery module and a vehicle. The battery module includes: a unit battery; an end plate located at an end of the battery module along a length direction; and an output pole base including a mounting part and a matching part which are fixedly connected, where the matching part is made of metal material and is fixedly connected to the end plate to limit the freedom degree of movement of the output pole base relative to the end plate along the height direction, the width direction and the length direction. The plastic structure of the output pole base is added a matching part made of metal material therein and is fixedly connected to the end plate by the matching part.

Battery module and vehicle

The present disclosure provides a battery pack including a casing and a battery module housed in the casing. The battery module can include a plurality of batteries arranged along a length direction and an end plate located at an end of the plurality of batteries in the length direction. The end plate can include a main body portion and a lug integrally formed with the main body portion, wherein the lug protrudes outwardly from the main body portion along the length direction and is fixedly connected to the casing. The design disclosed herein reduces the number of the components that are fixedly connected between the end plate and the casing, the number of steps in the operating procedure, and the production cost.

Battery pack

The present disclosure provides a battery module including a plurality of batteries arranged sequentially in a length direction and a cushion pad disposed between two adjacent batteries in the length direction. The cushion pad can include a main body portion and an extending portion extending outwardly from an end surface of the main body portion in a height direction. The extending portion can include a pair of convex portions and a concave portion between the pair of convex portions. The design can ensure that the cushion pad does not exceed the corresponding surface of the battery in the height direction when pressed, and thus does not affect the flatness of the corresponding surface of the battery.

The present application relates to a battery module, which may include: a plurality of secondary batteries disposed in a row, the plurality of secondary batteries are provided with explosion-proof valves; an insulating plate disposed above the secondary batteries; a monitoring cable set connected with the insulating plate, and the monitoring cable set is corresponding to a position of each of the explosion-proof valves; the monitoring cable set comprises two monitoring cables, and the monitoring cables includes wires and thermomelting insulating layers cladding the wires; when the explosion-proof valve of any of the secondary batteries explodes, the thermomelting insulating layers of the two monitoring cables melt, and two wires are in contact with each other and short-circuited.
