The present invention discloses a touch control structure of an active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display screen, comprising a transmitting structure and a receiving structure that are mutually inductive, the transmitting structure comprises a first encapsulation film, a first patterned electrode and a second encapsulation film; the receiving structure further comprises a flexible polymer foil sheet and a second patterned electrode formed on the flexible polymer foil sheet, the receiving structure and the transmitting structure are assembled by adhering the surface of the flexible polymer foil sheet having the second patterned electrode formed thereon to the second encapsulation film; wherein, the first encapsulation film comprises multiple layers of films including at least one layer of inorganic film, the second encapsulation film comprises multiple layers of films including at least one layer of inorganic film.

Touch control structure of an active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display screen

A pressure-sensitive display screen touch-control unit, a touch screen and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch-control unit mainly comprises a driving electrode, a lower electrode, and a dielectric layer sandwiched between the driving electrode and the lower electrode. When a pressure is applied between the driving electrode and the lower electrode, a tunnel current Iis formed, and a voltage Vexists between the driving electrode and the lower electrode. With the touch-control unit, an external pressure may be converted into a current signal to make pressure an information input mode; and the touch-control unit is combined with the existing capacitive touch screen or the resistive touch screen, such that the touch-control unit may be compatible with the existing multi-point touch function, and may also sense change in pressure sensitively. Functions of the existing touch screens may be enhanced to rich operations and applications of touch screens.

Pressure-sensitive display touch unit, touch screen, and manufacturing method thereof

As in a touch control display device of the present invention, when second electrodes are formed, the second electrodes are connected in series respectively in the horizontal row direction and in the vertical column direction, so as to form a cross network with rows and columns insulated from one another, namely to form a touch control sensing layer. By integrating a touch control function into organic light-emitting diodes, a compact structure of the device is achieved, there is no need to set up a separate touch control component, the light emitting efficiency is high, and the respond speed is fast. As in a preparation method of the touch control display device of the present invention, second electrodes are formed into such a structure that the second electrodes are connected in series respectively in the horizontal row direction and in the vertical column direction, therefore, when organic light-emitting diodes are prepared, a touch control function can be integrated therein at the same time by means of technically mature photo-etching and etching techniques, which is a simple preparation method with low process cost.

Touch control display device and a preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a touch control structure of an active-matrix organic light-emitting diode display screen which is disposed on a display screen substrate, the touch control structure comprises a transmitting structure and a receiving structure that are mutually inductive, the transmitting structure further comprises a first encapsulation film, a first patterned electrode and a second encapsulation film, wherein the first encapsulation film is formed on an organic light-emitting diode device disposed on the display screen substrate, the first patterned electrode is formed on the first encapsulation film, and the second encapsulation film is formed upon the first patterned electrode; the receiving structure further comprises a flexible polymer foil sheet and a second patterned electrode formed on the flexible polymer foil sheet, wherein the flexible polymer foil sheet is adhered to the second encapsulation film, and the first patterned electrode and the second patterned electrode are oppositely disposed. By configuring the transmitting structure and the receiving structure that are mutually inductive, the present invention significantly simplifies the manufacture process, reduces the cost, and can also achieve flexible touch control.

Touch control structure of an AMOLED display screen

A flexible substrate includes a polymer substrate and a plurality of water and oxygen barrier layers provided on the polymer substrate. A planarization layer is provided between the adjacent water and oxygen barrier layers. The planarization layer includes a plurality of planarization units separated in a first direction and a second direction. A projection of the planarization unit in the planarization layer projected on the polymer substrate covers a gap between projections of adjacent planarization units in an adjacent planarization layer projected on the polymer substrate, and projection regions partially overlap. The adjacent planarization layers can cover the gap between the planarization units to prevent the water and oxygen horizontal from penetrating to ensure that the flexible substrate can be cut into any size within the range lager than the size of the planarization unit.

There is provided a touch control display device, wherein, second electrodes in the organic light-emitting diodes are connected in series in the same layer in a first direction so as to form a plurality of first conductive units (); the touch control layer comprises a plurality of second conductive units () arranged in parallel in a second direction, the first conductive units () and the second conductive units () are configured to be insulated from each other and to form a cross network. A touch control structure is formed by the cooperation of the first conductive units () consisting of the second electrodes and the second conductive units () in the touch control layer, thereby reducing the thickness of the touch control display device. Only the first encapsulation layer (), the touch control layer and the second encapsulation layer () are configured on the light-exiting surface of the organic light-emitting diodes, which not only has a compact structure but also effectively increases the light-emitting efficiency of the touch control display device. There is also provided a preparation method of the touch control display device, wherein, during the preparation process of the second electrodes, the second electrodes are formed into first conductive units () that cooperate with the second conductive units () in the touch control layer to constitute a touch control structure, which is a simple preparation method with low process cost.
