The supporting module includes a supporting assembly including a fixed plate and a movable plate, and both sides of fixed plate are hinged with one movable plate; a synchronous assembly is fixed on the fixed plate, transmission assemblies are located at a bottom of the movable plate and a bottom of the fixed plate, a bottom surface of each movable plate is movably connected to a first end of one transmission assembly, and second ends of the transmission assemblies located at both sides of the fixed plate are movably connected to the synchronous assembly; when a first included angle is disposed between a supporting surface of one movable plate and a supporting surface of the fixed plate, a supporting surface of the other movable plate keeps the first included angle with the supporting surface of the fixed plate under an action of the transmission assembly and the synchronous assembly.

The present disclosure provides a pad for pressing a flexible display panel having at least one through hole to attach the flexible display panel to a cover glass. The pad includes a main body portion made of an elastic material. A surface of one side of the main body portion is a press surface for applying pressure to the flexible display panel. The main body portion is provided with at least one hollow structure, each hollow structure is provided with a first opening on the press surface, and each first opening corresponds to the at least one through hole of the flexible display panel. A laminating device includes: a plate being bendable, having a resilience characteristic and for bearing the flexible substrate; a supporting base platform for supporting the plate and driving the plate and the flexible substrate on the plate to move; a bending assembly for applying stress to drive the plate and the flexible substrate on the plate to be bent towards a side, facing away from the flexible substrate, of the plate, and for releasing stress to allow the plate and the flexible substrate to rebound; and a fixing fixture for fixing the protective cover plate. The protective cover plate is used to be laminated to the flexible substrate, a shape of the fixing fixture is same as or similar to that of the protective cover plate, the fixing fixture is bent to form an accommodating space, and the protective cover plate is fixed in the accommodating space.

Laminating device

A laminating device and a laminating method are disclosed. The laminating device is used for laminating a flexible panel together with a curved cover plate. The curved cover plate is provided with a central area and an edge bending area located in a first direction in the central area. The laminating device comprises a movable mechanism, which is arranged opposite the curved cover plate in a second direction and comprises: a first movable base table and a second movable base table, which are arranged opposite each other in the first direction; and an elastic supporting member, which is provided with an elastic supporting portion, the elastic supporting portion covering parts of the first movable base table station and the second movable base table station that are close to the curved cover plate, and being used for fixing the flexible panel.

Laminating device and laminating method

The present disclosure provides a curved-surface laminating device and a curved-surface laminating method, for realizing lamination of a curved-surface cover plate and a flexible panel. The curved-surface laminating device comprises: a flexible profiling jig comprising a laminating surface with a shape matched with the curved-surface cover plate; a bearing film arranged between the laminating surface and the flexible panel and extending to two sides of the laminating surface, the bearing film being configured to be attached to the flexible panel; and a tensioning device in contact with the bearing film extending to the two sides of the laminating surface and configured to tension the bearing film, so that the bearing film and the laminating surface are profiled.

Curved-surface laminating device and curved-surface laminating method

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display product preparation, and in particular discloses a flexible display panel lamination device which is used for laminating a to-be-laminated flexible display panel onto a cover plate, and includes a base and an elastic lamination part arranged on the base. The elastic lamination part is provided with a first surface for bearing the to-be-laminated flexible display panel and a second surface opposite to the first surface; the second surface is symmetrically provided with two supporting protruding ribs; the two supporting protruding ribs are respectively fixed in two fixation grooves formed on the base; a gap is formed between a portion, located between the two supporting protruding ribs, of the second surface of the elastic lamination part and the base; and a portion, close to the edge, of the second surface of the elastic lamination part is supported on the base.

Flexible display panel lamination device

The present disclosure provides a foldable support, and a display device. The foldable support includes at least two metal layers, where at least one of the at least two metal layers is provided with a plurality of recessed portions at the at least one bending region; and a buffer structure located at at least one of the following positions: a position between two adjacent metal layers and a position in a plurality of the recessed portions of the at least one of the at least two metal layers.
