The supporter material for catalyst includes a main body alumina and a rod-shaped alumina. The main body alumina is provided with micron-sized pore channels, at least part of the rod-shaped alumina is distributed on the exterior surface of the main body alumina and/or in the micron-sized pore channels with a pore diameter D within a range of 3-10 &#x3bc;m; the rod-shaped alumina has a length of 1-12 &#x3bc;m and a diameter of 80-300 nm. The alumina supporter material is used as a residual oil hydrogenation catalyst supporter to facilitate a long period operation of the residual oil hydrogenation, and has high demetalization rate, desulfurization rate and denitrification rate.

The present invention provides a new energy-driven in-situ plankton collecting device, comprising a solar photovoltaic cell and wind power generation system, a buoyancy support system, a power supply and control system, a plankton suction and collection system, and an anchoring system. The device has the center of gravity on the lower part and vertically floats in water like a tumbler. The plankton suction and collection system is composed of a suction axial-flow pump and a collecting cod end. The bag-shaped plankton collecting cod end has the mesh aperture of less than 0.8 time the average body length of the target plankton, and can be used on both sides. The devices provided by the present invention can be used simultaneously and arranged in an array for collection and utilization of plankton as well as governance and remediation of water area environment, and thus have a favorable application prospect.

The present invention provides a fibrous IM-5 molecular sieve and the preparation process thereof. According to the process according to the present invention, by adding an appropriate amount of a quaternary ammonium salt with a long carbon chain to the preparation system so as to occur a synergistic action with the organic templet agent, an IM-5 molecular sieve which would be otherwise a rodlike form is converted into the fibrous form. The IM-5 molecular sieve according to the present invention has an aspect ratio greater than that of the rodlike IM-5 molecular sieve obtained according to the prior art, such that the proportion of the exposed periphery crystal face is higher, which benefit to increasing the selectivity of the catalytic reaction for the corresponding crystal face.

The present invention provides a hollow IM-5 molecular sieve sphere and the preparation process thereof. The process according to the present invention adds a relatively great amount of the surfactant of a cationic quaternary ammonium salt in the IM-5 molecular sieve system, to form a hollow IM-5 molecular sieve sphere via the micelle action by the surfactant, which structure benefits the mass transfer of the reaction process.
