A control device and a control method for an induction motor. The control device comprises: a magnetizing current adjusting unit used for calculating a magnetizing voltage instruction; a torque current adjusting unit used for calculating a torque voltage instruction; a flux linkage instruction angle generating unit calculating a flux linkage instruction angle according to a lower limit &#x3c9;of a preset stator frequency, a stator frequency &#x3c9;, and a flux linkage estimation angle; and a motor stator voltage instruction calculating unit calculating, according to the magnetizing voltage instruction, the torque voltage instruction, and the flux linkage instruction angle, a stator voltage instruction for controlling a stator of the motor. The control system can be run outside an unstable area, and the stability of control by the control device is improved.

In an embodiment a floor control method includes receiving, by a server over Long Term Evolution network, a first message sent by user equipment (UE), wherein the first message comprises a parameter indicating that an event type is a floor request, generating, by the server, a second message according to a floor control policy and the first message, wherein the second message comprises a parameter indicating that an event type is floor granted and sending, by the server, the second message to the UE, wherein the second message is used to instruct the UE to notify a user of the UE that a floor is granted.

An embodiment floor control method includes receiving, by a mission-critical push-to-talk (MCPTT) server over an Long Term Evolution network, a first message sent by a user equipment (UE), where the first message includes an identifier of a group to which a talker corresponding to the UE belongs and a parameter indicating that an event type is a floor request, generating, by the MCPTT server, a second message according to the floor control policy and the first message, and sending the second message to the UE. The method includes receiving a response message of the second message sent by the UE, generating a first instruction message according to the response message of the second message, where the first instruction message is used to instruct a media resource function entity to perform uplink voice switching on a media plane, and sending the first instruction message to the media resource function entity.
