Provided is a method and device for transmitting and receiving a Synchronization Signal block (SS-block). The method for transmitting the SS-block includes: configuring the SS-block in an NR unlicensed spectrum, wherein the SS-block occupies x OFDM symbols, with x being a positive integer no greater than 4; and transmitting the S S-block to a user equipment with a preset or configured subcarrier spacing. By this method, during the configuration of SS-block, the SS-block occupies x Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing symbols. If the SS-block occupies a relatively small number of symbols, it is possible to reduce the duty cycle of DRS. In other words, it is possible to shorten the transmission duration of the SS-block, so as to reduce the time that the SS-block occupies the channel in the unlicensed spectrum.

The base station doesn't need to directly indicate the CORESET, which reduces overhead of signaling indicating CORESET.

The method includes: acquiring position information of a first type of RB; acquiring reference point offset indication information from a base station, wherein the reference point offset indication information includes a frequency domain offset N of a reference point relative to a specified RB which is one of the first type of RB, wherein a set of available values of N is preset, and an index of a selected value of N in the set is received; calculating a frequency domain position of the reference point based on the position information of the first type of RB and the reference point offset indication information; when receiving scheduling information from the base station, determining an RB for receiving PDSCH based on the frequency domain position of the reference point and resource allocation information included in the scheduling information. Resource allocation efficiency is improved.

A method and an apparatus for transmitting an uplink data and a user equipment is provided, the method includes: inserting multiple phase noise tracking reference signal (PT-RS) groups into a user data to be sent in time domain, according to a predefined interval; wherein each group of the phase noise tracking reference signal includes one or multiple PT-RS(s) of adjacent sampling points in the time domain; transforming the inserted multiple phase noise tracking reference signal groups together with the user data to be sent into frequency domain through a discrete Fourier transform (DFT) followed with a subcarrier mapping, and then with a transformation through an inverse fast Fourier transform (IFFT), to obtain an uplink DFT-S-OFDM waveform; and transmitting the uplink DFT-S-OFDM waveform. Embodiments of this disclosure may increase the accuracy of tracking the uplink phase noise and the possible system residual frequency shift and Doppler frequency shift, and may improve the system performance.
