A ratio of the product of a cross-sectional area of a root of each tab and a conductivity of the current collector to a length between central axes of two adjacent tabs to the product of a width of the active material layer and a mass per unit area of the active material layer satisfies that a design factor of a positive tab is at least 0.1 and a design factor of a negative tab is at least 0.02.
