The bone cement injection device includes an injection assembly and a filler assembly. The injection assembly includes a barrel, first needle member, second needle member, and plunger. The first needle member is movably housed inside the barrel, and includes a first member body, a first conduit, a side tube, and puller elements. The second needle member is housed in the first needle member, and includes a second member body, and a second conduit. A space is maintained between the first and second conduits. The plunger is joined to the first member body and is movably housed in the second member body. The filler assembly fills bone cement into the second member body. The first needle member is pulled backward, and the plunger injects the bone cement into the patient's bone. With an air compressor connected to the side tube, a negative pressure is created to facilitate bone cement injection.

Bone cement injection device

A spinal fixation aiming apparatus includes a spinal fixation aiming device, a first adjustment unit, a second adjustment unit, and an extendible/retractable bar. The spinal fixation aiming device includes an arc guide rail, an arc slide unit, and a tool holder that is movable to and selectively fixed at a predetermined position. The arc guide rail, the arc slide unit, and the tool holder are each made of a light-transmitting materials. To use, the extendible/retractable bar is attached to an operation table and adjustment is made with the first adjustment unit, the second adjustment unit, and the extendible/retractable bar for setting a position of the spinal fixation aiming device to an angle and a height according to the patient. Further, according to the need of the surgical operation, a collaborative operation of the arc guide rail and the arc slide unit can be conducted for angular adjustment.

Spinal fixation aiming apparatus

The minimally invasive spinal fixator surgical device contains a support member; a guiding member adjustably joined to the support member; at least two sliding members correspondingly and adjustably joined to the guiding member; a first extension member adjustably joined to a sliding member; a second extension member adjustably joined to another sliding member; a first pulling member joined to the first extension member; a second pulling member joined to the second extension member; a tubular member joined to a side of the first pulling member; and a probe member plugged into the tubular member for conducting implant location determination and then removed. With the assistance of the present invention, the wound and damage to the muscle tissue of the patient are minimal and there is little bleeding. The operation team is also exposed to the X-ray for a minimum amount of time. The patient would also enjoy fast recovery.

Minimally invasive spinal fixator implant surgical device

An expansion mechanism for minimally invasive lumbar operation has a support member, a plurality of sliders movably assembled on the support member, at least a couple of outside muscle hook members mounted on adjacent sliders, an inside muscle hook member assembled on the slider, and a nerve hook member assembled on the slider. The expansion mechanism for minimally invasive operation makes small incisions and hurts less tissues. Furthermore, the expansion mechanism protects nerve tissues from repeated stirring. Muscles can be drawn apart without the need of removing ligament, obtaining clear and large operation vision.
