An exemplary method for making a light blocking plate includes the steps of providing a flat plate-like light pervious member; forming a plurality of spaced ceramic power layers on the light pervious member; forming a light blocking layer over the light pervious member and side faces of the ceramic power layers; forming an electromagnetic shielding layer over the light blocking layer; removing top portions of the ceramic power layers with remaining portions of the ceramic power layers thus exposed; and removing the remaining portions of the ceramic power layers.

Method for making light blocking plate

A coating auxiliary device, for coating hollow workpieces, includes a loading tray, masking stoppers, and an ejecting plate. The loading tray includes a loading surface, a matching surface opposite to the loading surface, and engaging portions extending up from the loading surface. Each workpiece is engaged with an engaging portion. The loading device defines guiding holes. Each guiding hole passes through an engaging portion and the matching surface and is in communication with the respective workpiece. Each masking stopper is configured to be inserted into a respective workpiece to mask an interior of the respective workpiece. The ejecting plate includes an assembling surface and ejecting rods extending up from the assembling surface. Each ejecting rod is configured to be guided into a respective guiding hole from the matching surface to eject out a respective masking stopper.

A pair of shielding sheets is connected to the two ends of each horizontal rod, and can slide along the horizontal rod. The shape of the mask can be accurately adjusted using the adjustment members to ensure masks covered with aluminum foil by different workers have the same shape.

A plasma film deposition device includes a film deposition chamber, a plasma generator within the deposition chamber, a plurality of gas carrier boards adjustably mounted to the plasma generator, a gas providing system, and a rotating support bracket. The gas providing system provides working gas and protective gas. The rotating support bracket is assembled within the film deposition chamber, and is aligned with the plasma generator, for holding workpieces in certain orientations. The plasma generator ionizes the working gas into high-temperature plasma, and sprays the high-temperature plasma toward the rotating support bracket to form plasma films on the workpieces. A plasma jet area is defined between the rotating support bracket and the plasma generator, the gas carrier boards eject the protective gas toward the plasma jet area thereby adjusting the shape of the plasma jet area.

The second actuator includes a main body and a rotation shaft arranged on the main body. The main body is slideable along the length of the sliding member. Each grasping assembly includes a support shaft rotatably received in the worktable, a positioning bar fixed to an end of the support shaft, and one or more grasping members positioned on the positioning bar. The worktable includes several rotating members, and each rotating member includes a support disc that can be rotated to drive the glass plate to rotate.

The main body has a first loading surface supporting the brush bristles. The first loading surface defines a through hole. The main body defines a first receiving groove communicating with the though hole. The handle has a second loading surface, and defines a second receiving groove communicating with the first receiving groove. The second receiving groove passes through a portion of the second loading surface adjacent to the first receiving groove. The storage bag receives paste, and is received in the second receiving groove and partially extends into the first receiving groove to communicate with the through hole. The pushing element squeezes the storage bag to make the paste flow into gaps between the brush bristles.

An exemplary cleaning apparatus includes a cleaning member, a connecting member, a drying member, and a workpiece holder. The connecting member includes a main housing defining two opposite surfaces and two blocks received in the main housing. The main housing defines a first chamber and two second chambers communicating with the first chamber, each of the second chambers extending through to one of the two opposite surfaces and near to the other opposite surface. The cleaning member and the drying member are connected to the two opposite surfaces and communicate with each other via the first chamber. The two blocks are movable between the first chamber the second chambers, respectively. Each block defines an engaging surface, facing the other engaging surface. When the blocks move into the first chamber and the engaging surfaces engage with each other, the blocks shut off communication between the cleaning member and the drying member.

A system for setting a background image of a display module includes a housing. The housing defines a receiving space, a first hole and a second hole. The first hole and the second hole are communicated with the receiving space. The system further includes the display module received in the first hole, a transparent cover received in the second hole, a thermo-sensitive ink layer coated on the transparent cover, a camera positioned beneath the transparent cover, and a controller received in the receiving space. The camera is configured for capturing an image of the thermo-sensitive ink layer. The controller is configured for taking the image captured by the camera as the background image of the display module.

A loading device which is used in coating processes includes a base, a loading plate, and a reversing assembly. The base includes an outer frame and a ring-shaped inner frame rotatably positioned on the outer frame. The loading plate defines a number of holes for loading components. The reversing assembly connects the inner frame to the loading plate. The reversing assembly includes two reversing motors and two shafts. The reversing motors are opposite to each other and fixed on the inner frame. The reversing shafts are opposite to each other and positioned in a straight line. One end of each reversing shaft is coupled with a corresponding reversing motor, the other end of each reversing shaft is fixed on the loading plate. The reversing shafts are driven by the reversing motors to reverse the loading plate relative to the inner frame.
