A protective case of a foldable protective assembly defines a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction, which are perpendicular to each other. The protective case includes a first lower frame, a second lower frame, and two lower elastic members. Each of the first lower frame and the second lower frame has a U-shaped section perpendicular to the thickness direction. Two ends of the first lower frame respectively face two ends of the second lower frame along the longitudinal direction. The two lower elastic members respectively connect the two ends of the first lower frame to the two ends of the second lower frame. One of the first lower frame and the second lower frame is rotatable relative to the other one by elastically bending the two lower elastic members, and the protective case is configured to cover a periphery portion of a foldable mobile device.

An electrochemical machining apparatus includes a fastening bracket, a first drive member positioned on the fastening bracket, a connecting member, a first electrode connected to the connecting member, a second driving member, a second electrode connected to the second driving member, a moving assembly positioned on the fastening bracket, an electrolytic cell positioned on moving assembly, a pump, and a vacuum pump. The first electrode defines a plurality of liquid collecting grooves spaced from each other. Each liquid collecting grooves defines a plurality of second through holes. At least one liquid collecting groove is connected to the pump, and the other liquid collecting grooves are connected to the vacuum pump. The portion of the second electrode can be inserted into and depart from the second through holes.

Electrochemical machining apparatus

An electrochemical machining device includes an electrode bundle, an electrode sleeve used for receiving the electrode bundle therein, and an electrolytic tank. The electrode bundle includes a number of columnar electrodes. Each of the columnar electrodes can move along an axial direction of the electrode sleeve. The electrode sleeve includes sidewalls, and two pressing plates positioned corresponding to two adjacent sidewalls. The sidewalls of the electrode sleeve include a number of screws to adjust a distance between the pressing plates and the corresponding sidewalls. The pressing plates can be moved to press the electrode bundle, and fix the electrode bundle between the pressing plates and the corresponding sidewalls of the electrode sleeve. A shape of the electrode bundle can be adjusted according to a shape of a molding surface.

Electrochemical machining device

A method for manufacturing a curved glass sheet is provided. The method includes: providing a mold and a furnace; placing the mold in the furnace, the mold including a first mold, a second mold, and a mold core, the first mold defining a receiving space; a bottom surface in the receiving space defining at least one guiding groove, a bottom surface in the at least one guiding groove defining at least one air outlet, the mold core defining a mold cavity and a plurality of micro-holes; placing a raw glass sheet on the second mold; controlling a temperature in the furnace to heat the raw glass sheet; extracting air in the receiving space of the mold via the at least one outlet, to force the raw glass sheet to bend until contacting a bottom surface in the mold cavity; and cooling the mold to form a curved glass sheet.

Method for manufacturing curved glass sheet

An electrolytic machining system includes a controller, a drive member coupled to the controller, a power supply, a diving circuit, a detecting circuit, and an electrode module. The diving circuit is coupled to the power supply module and configured to divide a total voltage taken from the power supply module into a plurality of independent working voltages. The detecting circuit is coupled to the dividing circuit and the electrode assembly. The detecting circuit detects each independent working voltage and feeds back information as to the level of the independent working voltage to the controller as the electrode assembly is moved towards a workpiece. When the detection indicates an incorrect working voltage, the controller controls the drive member to move the electrode assembly away from the workpiece.

A housing includes an upper cover and a lower cover coupled to the upper cover. The upper cover includes a first glass shell with U-shaped cross section, and a first plastic frame attached to the first glass shell. The first glass shell includes a display portion, and a decorative coating layer defined on a surface of the first glass shell toward the first plastic frame. The decorative coating layer surrounds the display portion and extends from the display portion to edge of the first glass shell. The present disclosure also provides an electronic device using the housing.

The light-guiding assembly includes a back cover, a reflector, a light-guiding plate (LGP), a number of optical correcting elements, and a frame. The light source assembly includes a main body and a light source. The back cover defines a light input area. The main body includes two reflection sides. The two reflection sides curve over the light source. The main body defines a main body opening between the two reflection sides. The light source assembly further includes a lens received in the main body opening. The light emitted from the light source and reflected by the two reflection sides are transmitted to outside of the main body through the lens.

A coupling frame to provide structural support and electrical functionality includes a plurality of conductive frames spaced from each other and having predetermined gaps. A plurality of conductive sheets are electrically connected to the different places of the inside surface of the conductive frames and an insulating frame fills in the predetermined gaps. Each conductive frame and the insulating frame are annular structures. The insulating frame extends inwardly to partially cover the plurality of conductive sheets. A method for making the coupling frame is also provided.

A gap detection apparatus for determining in real time the gap required for electrochemical machining gap includes a tooling electrode, a plurality of tool adjusting electrodes, a feedback circuit, a processing feed mechanism for controlling the tooling electrode, a three-dimensional driving mechanism, and an automatic control and measurement system. The tooling electrode includes a plurality of through-holes for receiving tool adjusting electrodes. The three-dimensional driving mechanism is mounted upon the processing feed mechanism, which includes a Z-coordinate feeding portion having a thimble for the feeding of the tool adjusting electrodes. The automatic control and measurement system controls the feed of the processing feed mechanism and the three-dimensional driving mechanism, and establishes the required gap for electrochemical machining.

Gap detection apparatus

A backlight module includes a back cover, a light source panel positioned on the back cover, a frame connected with the back cover and an optical film assembled to the frame. A pair of reflective plates are positioned between the frame and the back cover, and a plurality of through holes are defined on the pair of reflective plates. A chamber is cooperatively defined between the pair of reflective plates and the back cover, and inner surfaces of the chamber have a high reflectivity.

A heat-dissipating mobile terminal includes a main body, a heat dissipating member positioned in the main body, and a back cover detachably connected to the main body. The main body includes a heat-producing element and the heat dissipating member includes a heat radiator arranged above the heat-producing element. The back cover defines a perforated portion above the heat dissipating member. The heat radiator is integrated with the main body. The heat radiator is exposed to external cooler air by the perforated portion in the back cover. The mobile terminal of the present disclosure effectively improves heat radiating efficiency and reduces cost.

An electronic device includes a housing, a reflection member, a glass base board, a decoration pattern, a reflection membrane, a print circuit board, and a light emitting assembly. The reflection member is fixed with the housing and defines a through hole. The glass base board is positioned on the reflection member away from the housing. The decoration pattern is positioned on the glass base board. The reflection membrane is positioned on the glass base board around edges of the decoration pattern for shielding the glass base board and reflecting light. The print circuit board is received in the housing under the glass base board. The light emitting assembly includes a base board and a light source positioned on the base board. A first light emitting portion of the glass base board is positioned between the reflection membrane and the decoration pattern.

The supporting body is integrally formed with the supporting body by sintering process. A method for manufacturing the panel is also provided.

A mobile terminal housing includes a rear plate made of transparent material and a front plate coupled with the rear plate. The mobile terminal housing further includes a plastic member fitting closely to the rear plate and positioned between the rear plate and the front plate and a mirror coating. The rear plate includes an outer surface and an inner surface opposite to each other. The plastic member forms a light transmission hole. The mirror coating is positioned on the outer surface of the rear plate and overlaps the light transmission hole, and a size of the mirror coating is larger than that of the light transmission hole. The mobile terminal housing is able to give visual indications of activity even when resting on its face.
