A method for preparing an accelerator for sprayed mortar/concrete is provided. The accelerator includes an organic component, inorganic component aluminum sulfate, an initiator, and a reductant. The organic component in the form of a polymer monomer is added to concrete and polymerized into a polymer network structure in the presence of the initiator and the reductant; and the inorganic component aluminum sulfate promotes rapid hydration of the concrete to form an inorganic network structure. Such organic-inorganic interpenetrating network thickens a cement-based material rapidly to achieve strong adhesion, fast-setting and hardening properties and effectively reduces resilience of the sprayed mortar/concrete. The accelerator prepared by the method is well compatible with all sorts of cement, efficient and environmentally friendly. The organic-inorganic interpenetrating network is formed by polymerization and cement hydration, and therefore, the toughness of the sprayed mortar/concrete is improved by the organic polymer-inorganic compound accelerator.

Temperature/pH-responsive monomers are first self-polymerized to obtain temperature/pH-responsive polymer chain with end-group functionalization, and then substitution with unsaturated halogenated hydrocarbons is conducted to obtain temperature/pH-responsive macromonomers with end-group functionalization, finally the obtained product is copolymerized with small carboxylic acid monomers to prepare comb structure polymer with polycarboxylic acid main chain and temperature/pH-responsive side chain.

An early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer with an MOF structure and a preparation method thereof are provided. The preparation method includes the following steps: 1) performing an amidation reaction on amine-containing nanocrystalline MOFs and a halogen acyl halide organic molecule to form the halogen-containing ATRP initiator; 2) performing an ATRP reaction on the obtained ATRP initiator, an unsaturated ester monomer, an unsaturated polyether macromonomer and a transition metal complex to obtain the early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer with the MOF structure. The present invention regulates the number and length of branch chains and product performance by controlling the number of amine groups contained in the nanocrystalline MOFs and ATRP, and has the advantages of rapid reaction, high efficiency, non-toxic and non-pollution, and simple operation. The prepared early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer with the MOF structure has early-strength performance and stable product performance.

A preparation method of comb structure temperature/pH-responsive polycarboxylic acid adopts acrylic ester, temperature/pH-responsive monomer and other raw materials to obtain polycarboxylic acid via acrylate monomer self-polymerization, grafting with temperature/pH-responsive monomers and hydrolyzation. In other words, acrylate is used as the reaction monomer to polymerize polyacrylate with controllable molecular weight under the action of initiator and chain transfer agent, then the graft copolymers are copolymerized with temperature/pH-responsive monomers to obtain graft copolymers with acrylate polymers main chain and temperature/pH-responsive polymer side chains. A fluorescent polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation method thereof. The preparation process of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is as follows. Firstly, a redox radical polymerization is performed on a monomer of an unsaturated acid and a derivative thereof, and an unsaturated polyether monomer to form a polycarboxylate superplasticizer pre-product. Then, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer pre-product is subjected to an esterification reaction with an organic molecule having a fluorescent property to obtain the fluorescent polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The method effectively reduces the reaction difficulty and makes the reaction rapid and efficient. The fluorescent polycarboxylate superplasticizer is non-toxic and non-polluting, and has good controllability in the production process and less side reactions. The fluorescent polycarboxylate superplasticizer can be applied to different kinds of cement, having a high water-reducing rate, and a relatively high cost performance and competitive advantage.

Fluorescent polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation method thereof

The present invention discloses a preparation method of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer with carbon dioxide, comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepolymer: performing an oxidation-reduction radical polymerization of an unsaturated macromonomer, an unsaturated phenol derivative, a reducing agent, an initiator and a chain transfer agent with different proportions under a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain a novel polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepolymer with different molecular weight; adjusting the pH by adding an alkali; (2) preparing a polycarboxylate superplasticizer: performing a Koble-Schmitt reaction between the polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepolymer and a carbon dioxide for a certain time to obtain the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by the method of the present invention retains the advantages of the existing water-reducing admixture of the polyether monomer compounds, and the production process is simple, safe, controllable, less side effect and has a better cost effective and competitive advantage.
