A travel nursery apparatus having a scissoring frame defining four faces of a parallelepiped. A flexible receptacle is engaged to the scissoring frame where the flexible receptacle defines five faces of a parallelepiped. An infant bassinet may be engaged to the scissoring frame and depend into the flexible receptacle, with a floor of the infant bassinet being spaced from a floor of the flexible receptacle.

Travel nursery apparatus

A manually pullable out and automatically retractable flexible barrier apparatus for engagement between first and second surfaces having a base that includes a foot, a head, and a spool portion between the foot and the head that spools in and spools out the flexible barrier. A coil spring is wound about a nonrotatable support tube in the spool, is fixed to the top of the nonrotatable support tube, and is further fixed to a lower cap in the spool that rotates with the spool. An upper cap in the spool, rotating with the spool, is lockable and unlockable to a rotating control knob in the head.

Retractable flexible gate

A bassinet apparatus having a scissoring leg arrangement with upper and lower hubs, a flexible receptacle, and posts engaged with the upper hubs, the lower hubs, and flexible receptacle. The flexible receptacle includes an endless flexible sidewall and a flexible floor. The posts slidingly engage each of the endless flexible sidewall and the flexible floor such that the flexible receptacle can be compressed longitudinally and laterally into a compact form when the scissoring leg arrangement is folded in to a compact form.

Collapsible bassinet apparatus

A bath seat apparatus for being engaged in a bath tub that includes a frame having a receptacle for a child, first, second, third and fourth arms extending from the frame for engaging sides of the bath tub, and first, second, third, and fourth drivers engaged to the frame for driving respective first, second, third, and fourth arms to the frame and away from the sides of the bath tub and away from the frame and to the sides of the bath tub.

Bath seat apparatus

A canopy for a playyard. The canopy is elongate and includes sheeting with a resilient element defining the perimeter. A first form of the canopy is generally flat. A second form of the canopy is generally U-shaped. A third form of the canopy is compact with three generally circular shapes. The canopy includes a first flap with a first edge and a second flap with a second edge, wherein the first and second edges run cross-wise to each other when the canopy is in the generally flat form and generally parallel and adjacent to each other when the canopy is in the generally U-shaped form.

Playyard canopy

The present playyard floor apparatus includes a lower floor that is essentially one-piece with a flexible pen and an upper floor that is removably engaged to the lower floor with a quick connect mechanism. The quick connect mechanism has inner and outer portions. The inner portion of the quick connect mechanism is disposed on the underside of the upper floor and spaced from a periphery of the upper floor. The outer portion of the quick connect mechanism is engaged to a periphery of the lower floor and includes interlocking elements that are spaced from the periphery of the lower floor. The upper floor is resilient and extends over the inner and outer portions of the quick connect mechanism and further extends to the sidewall of the flexible pen.

Playyard floor apparatus

The present bassinet apparatus includes a receptacle having an open top, a closed bottom, and an endless sidewall between the open top and closed bottom. A floor portion in the closed bottom is rotatable onto itself for reduction in size of the receptacle for shipment and storage. A frame for the receptacle includes an oblong portion that is breakable down and legs that are breakable down to reduce the size of the frame for shipment and storage.
