A system and methods include a negative certificate authority for distributed management of negative certificates. An authorization restriction is associated with an untrusted user. A negative certificate generated for the untrusted user includes a public key associated with the untrusted user and an authorization restriction. The authorization restriction includes at least one global restriction, which is applicable to each consortium member that subscribes to the negative certificate. The authorization restriction includes at least one local restriction, which allows individual consortium members to further define their own locally applicable restrictions using the negative certificate authority. The negative certificate is accessible to each member of the consortium to enforce the authorization restriction against a transaction request. A secure contributor record including a unique cryptographically generated address is generated for each contributor. In some embodiments, the transaction request is a blockchain-based value exchange transaction, such as a payment transaction using fiat or math-based currency.

Systems and methods for distributed management of negative certificates for blockchain-based value exchange transactions

Vehicle transactions can be facilitated based on location. A customer location can be tracked relative to vehicles at a dealer location. A customer in close proximity to a particular vehicle at a dealer location can be detected, and a finance agreement can be generated between a financing party, the customer, and the dealer of the vehicle based on the detection of the customer and the vehicle. Further, a mechanism is provided to aid execution of the finance agreement as a contract between the customer, the financing party, and the dealer to finalize a sale or lease of the vehicle.

Location based vehicle transactions

Purchase assistance is provided to a user based on user device location and direction. Input to a user device, identifying a product or service of interest, can be received. Next, a location of the user device is determined, and one or more providers of the product or service are identified in proximity to the location of the user device. Direction information of the user device is determined by ascertaining a compass orientation of the user device or a direction vector of movement of the user device. Subsequently, providers are identified based on the direction information and presented to a user on a display of the user device. Further, an offer associated with the product or service, such as a finance offer, can be generated and presented with the providers on the display.

Purchase assistance based on device movement

Compliance management is disclosed. A user can submit a data request, which can trigger the generation of a permission token for a service operator and a service request for the data request. An identified service operator can be provided with exclusive permissions to solve the data request. Access to data is managed to allow non-compliance to be detected and addressed. An attempt is made to locate the performance token and the service request associated with a customer data request. Further, the permission token and service token can be evaluated. A compliance state is set to non-compliant when a search fails to locate the permission token and the service token or when the permission token is expired or the service request is invalid. If the compliance state is non-compliant, an alert or security action can be initiated.

Compliance management system

An electronic social network can be provided that unifies products and services of one or more entities, such as financial institutions. Users of the social network can provide input regarding one or more products or services. Feedback can be solicited from other users of the social network regarding the input, and a score can be generated for a user that represents a level of agreement of the other users. A recommendation is generated and conveyed to users of the social network based on the score and user profile of the user associated with the score.

Demand prediction based on user input valuation

A financial system receives a transaction request and transmits a one-time passcode to a consumer associated with the transaction request. Transmission of the one-time passcode is typically via a first channel. If the system determines that the one-time passcode was not delivered, a second channel is utilized. Depending upon the success of delivering the one-time passcode, more than one type of communication channel can be used.

The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems and methods of funds transfer authentication. The authentication can include receiving a transfer request to transfer funds from a payer to a payee, the transfer request identifies the payer, the payee, and an amount to transfer. Customer information associated respectively with the payer and the payee is identified. The payer and the payee are authenticated. A communication session is opened between the payer and payee. A time-limited payee OTP is generated and sent to the payee. The payee OTP is received within a first time limit. The funds are transferred from the payer to the payee based on receiving a matching payee OTP.

Funds transfer authentication

The innovation disclosed and claimed herein, in one aspect thereof, comprises systems, methods and computer program products that enable transactions requested by a user using a trade asset card. The innovation enables the transactions to be completed in real time or near real time per pre-determined rules and settings, or audited changes to rules and settings, while staying perpetually invested in the user's investment portfolio.

Trade asset card

A boarding pass can be employed as a financial instrument to make payments and other financial transactions. A passenger name record, a standardized computer reservation system protocol, can be associated with one or more financial accounts. When a point of sale device scans the boarding pass, either on a mobile device, or a traditional paper boarding pass, the passenger name record can be used to find a travel itinerary associated with the customer. By matching the travel itinerary to the location of the point of sale device, and the time, payments can be authorized and then initiated using financial account information associated with the passenger name record. Likewise, a mismatch can provide a basis for denying authorization and subsequent payment.

System and method for using a boarding pass to facilitate financial transactions

Systems and methods provide for a solution for encryption by dynamically opening multiple channels between the client and the server, where the channels include both secured (e.g., SSL/TLS and etc.) channels and non-secured channels. Non-sensitive information can be over non-secured channels, and sensitive information can be sent via the secured channels. The system can recognize whether the information is sensitive or not via the use of tags on a page or frame that delineate which information is sensitive. For instance, on a form, tags can mark off the areas of the form that may contain sensitive information, such as social security numbers, names, addresses, financial information, and other private information. All the data within the tags can be considered sensitive and so be communicated to the server via a secure channel while other data can be transmitted through unsecured channels.
