A method for identifying a patient for cancer therapy can include administering a diagnostic dose of a detectably labeled first binding agent to a patient, the detectably labeled binding agent being capable of binding a molecular target. The method also includes selecting a patient for administration of a therapeutic dose of a second binding agent capable of binding a cellular target, wherein the selected patient exhibits a positive reading for the detectably labeled first binding agent. Furthermore, the method can include administering a therapeutic dose of the second binding agent to the patient.

Radioimaging using low dose isotope

A method of radioactive-emission-measurement. The method comprises providing a camera for the detection of single emissions, which defines proximal and distal ends. The camera is configured for enabling a reconstruction of a volumetric image having a line spread function of less than 7 mm Full Width Half Maximum (FWHM) when given a substantially line source of radioactive emission, with an activity of 5 mCi, within a region-of-interest volume, at a distance of at least 100 mm from said distal end, with air being substantially the only operating medium. The method further comprises detecting at least 1 of every 5000 photons, emitted from at least one radioactive-emission source, located within a certain region-of-interest volume, using the camera, and reconstructing a volumetric radioactive-emission image from the detected photons.

Radioimaging

A method of imaging, including receiving radioactive radiation from a body; reconstructing a 3D SPECT image of a distribution of radiation in at least one voxel of said body; and reconstructing a dynamic change in radiation in said voxel, as an updated image, at a rate of faster than one change per 5 minutes, wherein said reconstructed image is a clinically useful image including a resolution of 10 mm or better for a voxel volume of at least 5 cm in diameter and a contrast to background ratio of radiation of at least 2:1.
