A first communication device includes a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to receive, during a first call with a second communication device, an indication of a second call from a third communication device. The processor is further configured to monitor the first call, in response to the indication of the second call, for a pause in speech of at least a threshold duration. The processor is further configured to initiate, in response to detecting the pause in speech of at least the threshold duration, an audio message indicating call information associated with the second call.

Selective call notification for a communication device

A method of operation of a first device associated with a first user includes sending a communication to a second device associated with a second user. The communication is sent in response to detecting one or more conditions associated with delaying one or more notifications at a plurality of devices that includes the first device and the second device. The communication is associated with a timing window during which the one or more notifications are to be delayed. The method further includes delaying, during the timing window, generation of a first notification at the first device. The method further includes generating, in response to determining expiration of the timing window, generating the first notification at the first device.

Notification timing for electronic devices

A method of initiating a communication includes detecting, at a mobile device, that a button is being pressed. The method also includes generating sensor information associated with a finger in response to a determination that the finger is pressing the button. The sensor information indicates at least a duration that the finger is pressing the button. The method further includes initiating the communication with a particular contact of a plurality of contacts using contact information for the particular contact. The particular contact is selected based on at least the duration.

Systems and methods of initiating a communication at a mobile device

Various methods for performing package deliveries by a robotic vehicle may include determining whether an individual at a package delivery location is a requester or an authorized recipient of a package to be delivered by the robotic vehicle at the package delivery location, sending a notification to the requester of the package in response to determining that the individual at the package delivery location is not the requester or an authorized recipient, and delivering the package to the individual at the package delivery location in response to receiving authorization from the requester to deliver the package to the individual.
