This application provides example methods for controlling an output power of an antenna for user equipment. One example method includes, during a sounding reference signal (SRS) transmission period, transmitting, by a first antenna of at least one antenna of the user equipment, a first SRS signal to a base station at a first SRS output power, where the first SRS output power is equal to a maximum output power (P) of the first antenna. During the SRS period, a non-SRS signal is transmitted to the base station at a non-SRS output power, where the non-SRS output power is less than a difference between the maximum output power of the first antenna and a maximum output power reduction of the first antenna, and the maximum output power reduction of the first antenna is set to meet an electromagnetic power density exposure requirement of the first antenna.

Method for controlling output power of antenna, medium, and device

A polar code segment encoding method and a related apparatus are disclosed, and the method includes: determining, based on an information bit quantity of a first information bit sequence and a first code rate, a target code length for polar code encoding; determining an initial code length based on the target code length, where the initial code length is an integer multiple of a smallest segment code length; dividing the first information bit sequence into S segments of information bit sequences based on the first code rate and the initial code length and when the initial code length is different from the target code length, performing rate matching on the S segments in a process of performing polar code encoding on the S segments of information bit sequences, where a sum of segment code lengths of the S segments is the target code length after the rate matching.
