In a method for making a wave-absorbing sheet, first emulsified mixture is provided by mixing wave-absorbing particles with graphene solution so that the graphene solution absorbs the wave-absorbing particles. Secondly, second emulsified mixture is provided by adding and blending resin solution in the first emulsified mixture. Thirdly, third emulsified mixture is provided by adding and blending interface modifier in the second emulsified mixture. Then, two conductive substrates are submerged in the third emulsified mixture, and voltage is provided to the third emulsified mixture so that the wave-absorbing particles, the resin solution and the graphene solution are evenly coated on the conductive substrates. Then, a wave-absorbing sheet is provided by eroding and removing the conductive substrates. Finally, the wave-absorbing sheet is washed and dried. The wave-absorbing sheet is thin, light and flexible, and exhibits a wide absorption frequency band and a high absorption rate.

Method for making a wave-absorbing sheet

A fret saw includes a cutting wire and fixed abrasive grains provided on the cutting wire by electroplating. Each of the fixed abrasive grains includes a core and a hard film coated on the core. The core is 1 to 60 micrometers in diameter. The core is made of a material selected from the group consisting of a Ti metal and a Ti alloy. The hard film is 1 to 40 micrometers thick. The hard film covers about 30% to 90% of the surface of the core.

A method and apparatus for making a fixed abrasive grain wire includes, at first, inserting a wire through a sleeve that includes at least one aperture defined therein. Then, both of the wire and the sleeve are located in electroplating or electro-less plating liquid that includes abrasive grains blended therein. Finally, electroplating or electro-less plating is executed to fix some of the abrasive grains to the wire.

A preparing method for coating polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA) particles with silicon dioxide is disclosed and includes the following steps of: preparing a silicon dioxide solution by mixing a silicon dioxide powder and a solvent; adding a dispersant-and-interface-modifier agent into the silicon dioxide solution; performing a wet grinding to the silicon dioxide solution with the dispersant-and-interface-modifier agent so as to obtain a plurality of nano-sized silicon dioxide particles with negative charge; performing an interface modification to a plurality of PMMA particles to be charged with positive charge; adding the PMMA particles into the silicon dioxide solution; making the PMMA particles adsorb the nano-sized silicon dioxide particles; and performing a solid-liquid separation process to the silicon dioxide solution so as to obtain the chemical composite particles.
